    • 摘要: 在定向井和水平井钻井中,复合钻井技术得到了广泛地运用,复合钻井技术的目标就是要最大限度地发挥螺杆钻具组合的导向能力,提高复合钻进在整个轨迹控制井段钻井进尺的比例,最终达到提高钻井效率的目的.本文从复合钻井钻头侧向力的计算方法、单弯单稳螺杆钻具组合的力学性能分析、现场提高螺杆钻具组合导向能力的方法以及注意事项、认识与结论等方面对该项钻井技术进行了分析和总结.

    • 摘要: An innovative high-performance low-cost isolator was presented for seismic isolation in economic underdeveloped regions. When this proposed isolator is applied to replace steel sheets with engineering plastic plates within a traditional isolator, the methods of flexible-reinforce-ment isolators must be used to calculate its mechanical properties . The analytical solutions for this type of isolators are complicated and not easy for engineering application, therefore a simplified method was put forward for computing the simplified solutions for analytical strength, stiffness and stress of the isolator under compression and bending, in which the weighted residual method was employed based on optimal selection of tri-al functions and the undetermined coefficients of the trial functions were determined by accuracy requirement. Therefore, the simplified formulas of stress distribution, compression stiffness, bending stiffness and strength were formulated and obtained herein. And a characteristic parameter was introduced to analyze the variation of these formulas. Parameter analysis showed that the error of the proposed formulas increases with the in-crease of the aspect ratio and the characteristic parameter. Subsequently, the valid application scope of these simplified formulas is given. Finally, systematic experimental tests of four different groups of the presented isolators were carried out. Test results showed that, for typical high-per-formance low-cost isolators, the deviation of the proposed formulas is close to that of the analytical formulas, which verifies the effectiveness of the simplified formulas and the rationality of the proposed method. The proposed method can be extended to isolators in any other shape and of different reinforcing materials, which is propitious for the popularization and application of high-performance low-cost isolation technology in less developed areas.%提出一种适用于经济欠发达地区的高性能低造价隔震支座,该支座采用工程塑料板代替传统橡胶隔震支座中的钢板制成,传统隔震支座的理论公式不再适用,必须通过柔性加劲层隔震支座理论求解,其解析表达式运算复杂,不便于工程应用.作者提出一种简化计算方法用于计算该型隔震支座在压缩和纯弯曲状态下的强度、刚度与应力值.引入加权残值法,求解基于柔性加劲层隔震支座理论的橡胶层应力的平衡方程.根据精度要求,通过试算选取合适的试函数,求解高性能低造价隔震支座在压缩和纯弯曲状态下橡胶层应力的简化解,进一步推导出隔震支座的应力分布、压缩刚度、弯曲刚度以及极限压缩应力的简化公式.引入隔震支座特征参数,通过参数分析发现简化公式的误差随着隔震支座长宽比和特征参数的增加而增加,进而给出简化公式的适用范围.最后选取不同长宽比和特征参数的四组典型的高性能低造价隔震支座试件进行系统的力学性能试验.结果表明对于常用的方形和条形隔震支座,简化公式求解竖向刚度的误差总体上与解析公式相近,验证了简化公式的准确性与简化计算方法的合理性.该方法可推广至采用任意几何形状和其他加劲材料的隔震支座力学性能的简化计算,有利于高性能低造价隔震技术在经济欠发达地区的推广应用.

    • 摘要: 假定正交各向异性薄圆环板的抗弯刚度沿径向按照任意函数形式连续变化,基于经典板壳理论推导出变刚度薄圆环板轴对称屈曲问题基本方程,并采用加权残值法计算了周边弹性约束时变刚度薄圆环板的临界屈曲值.与已有文献结果进行比较,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.通过数值算例研究了弹性约束、刚度面内变化等对正交各向异性变刚度薄圆环板临界屈曲载荷的影响,研究结果可为复合材料变刚度薄圆环板的分析及优化设计提供参考.

    • 摘要: A new way to construct high order symplectic algorithms is proposed based on weighted residu-al method.Firstly,in the time subdomain,the corresponding integral equation of Galerkin method for Hamilton dual equation based on the idea of weighted residual method is proposed,then the generalized displacement and momentum are approximated by the same Lagrange interpolation within the time subdo-main,which are substituted into the corresponding integral equation.By numerical integration,the origi-nal initial value problem of dynamics is expressed as algebraic equations with displacement and momen-tum at the interpolation points as unknown variables.For nonlinear dynamic systems,a simple scheme of choosing initial values,which can significantly improve the computational efficiency for Newton-Raphson method,is presented.Finally,the symplecticity and performance of the proposed algorithms are dis-cussed in detail.Compared with the same order symplectic Runge-Kutta methods,the accuracy of the two methods are almost the same,but the proposed algorithms are much simpler and less computational ex-pense.The numerical results illustrate that the proposed algorithms show good performance in accuracy and efficiency.%提出了利用加权残值法构造高阶辛算法的一种新途径。首先根据加权残值法的思想,在时间子域内给出了哈密顿正则方程伽辽金法所对应的积分方程,然后在该时间子域内采用相同的拉氏插值作为位移和动量的试函数,并将这些试函数代入到积分方程中,通过数值积分,将原动力学初值问题转为以插值点位移和动量为未知量的代数方程组。对于非线性问题,给出了一种能显著提高牛顿迭代法计算效率的初值选取方案。最后,对算法的保辛性和性能进行了详细的讨论。通过与同阶辛 RK 法相比较,两种方法精度几乎完全相同,但文中方法更简便,计算量更小。数值算例结果表明该法在计算精度和效率上均具有良好的性能。

    • 摘要: 弹性力学平面应力问题的求解方法有很多种,由于加权残值法在求解方面的简单、易操作且实用的特点,因此有必要对它进行探讨.通过运用加权残值法中的配点法和最小二乘法分析了受重力的三角形悬臂梁和一端固定的细长杆,从而得到了数值解,并把得到的数值解与弹性力学解析解进行了比较,两者结果是一致的.

    • 摘要: A mathematical model for extraction of red pepper seed oil with supercritical CO2was proposed.Some factors influencing the process were investigated,including operation pressure,temperature and extraction yield Xe(%).The model was solved by the method of weighted residuals and used to simulate the process numerically.The kinetic equation is expressed as Xe16.8606exp(t/9.98177)16.95457 and the simulation results are in excellent agreement with the experimental data.The optimal operating parameters are 30 MPa,318 K and 60 min.

    • 摘要: 提出了卷积型最小二乘法,并用其计算了不同初始条件和不同边界条件下梁的动力学问题,算例表明,方法概念简单,计算方便,精度高,计算工作量少,卷积型最小二乘法是计算结构动力学问题的一种简单、高效的方法,试函数可以不满足边界条件.%The convolution-type least squares method is applied to solve dynamic problems of a beam with different initial and boundary conditions under various loading conditions.The calculation examples show that the approach is very simple,highly accurate and effective.

    • 摘要: 针对二维太沙基固结微分方程,给出了土层顶面排水、底面排水或不排水及初始时刻的超孔隙水压力为均匀分布时的解析解与加权残值法数值解,并针对该加权残值法边界条件的局限性,提出了一个更一般的加权残值法解.对比计算结果后表明改进后的加权残值法解与解析解比较接近.
