    • 摘要: 进入秋季后,气温明显下降,产蛋鸡经过夏季的高温天气后,采食恢复正常,产蛋率逐渐回升,生产性能也得到好转。然而,进入秋季后,北方昼夜温差较大,如果养殖户饲养管理不到位,鸡群较易发病,本文结合临床对蛋鸡秋季常见传染病的防控进行了总结。一、非典型新城疫鸡新城疫是由副粘病毒引起的一种急性、败血性和高度接触性传染病。新城疫是危害养鸡业的一个重要传染病,近年来随着养殖户对防疫重视程度的不断增加,新城疫成为蛋鸡养殖防控的首要传染病,目前免疫程序合理,疫苗接种程度也越来越高。

    • 摘要: Ducklings were taken as experimental objects to study the effects of different sources of paramyxovirus on ducklings′serum antioxidase activities. 100 healthy ducklings in the age of 20 days were randomly selected and ran-domly divided into group I,II,III,and IV,group I was taken as control group,and subcutaneous injected with 0.5 ml/duckling saline,group II,III,and IV were respectively and subcutaneously injected 0.5 mL/duckling with chick-en source,goose source and duck source paramyxovirus SPF embryo fluid. And respectively at 7,14,21,and 28 d after the viral attack,5 ducklings from each group randomly selected were carried out their blood collection and serum separation,the activities and contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in ducklings′serum were determined,to study the effect of heterologous pa-ramyxovirus infection on the ducklings′antioxidase activity,and the degree of lipid peroxidation and changing trend of antioxidase activity. The results showed that the activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px and MDA in the ducklings′ serum of infected with heterologous paramyxovirus after the viral attack were significantly different within different time, re-vealed that free radical metabolism of ducklings′ serum produced different degree of effects. Therefore, heterologous paramyxovirus had different effects on the free radical metabolism of ducklings, and the degree of lipid peroxidation was closely related to SOD and GSH-Px activities.%以雏鸭为试验对象,研究不同来源的副粘病毒感染对雏鸭血清中抗氧化酶活性的影响.选择20日龄健康雏鸭100只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,Ⅰ组为对照组,皮下注射0.5 mL/只 生理盐水,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别皮下注射0.5 mL/只稀释的鸡源、鹅源及鸭源副粘病毒SPF胚液.分别在攻毒后7、14、21、28 d时,随机抽取Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组雏鸭各5只进行血液采集与血清分离,测定雏鸭血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及丙二醛(MDA)的活性与含量,研究异源副粘病毒感染对雏鸭血清中抗氧化酶活性的影响,以及脂质过氧化程度与抗氧化酶活性的变化趋势.结果表明,在攻毒后不同时间内,感染异源副粘病毒的雏鸭血清中的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和MDA活性与含量变化显著不同,揭示异源副粘病毒对雏鸭血清自由基代谢产生了不同程度影响,脂质过氧化程度与SOD、GSH-Px活性密切相关.

    • 摘要: Objective To establish and preliminarily apply an effective PCR assay for detection of Tupaia(tree shrew)paramyxovirus(TPMV). Methods Using TPMV genomic DNA from NCBI GenBank, bases 8231 to 8720 were synthesized and inserted into a plasmid as a positive standard. One primer pair was designed based on this sequence. In total,60 respiratory swabs and 12 lung tissues from the tree shrews were tested in this PCR assay. Results A PCR method for detection of TPMV was successfully established,with high specificity and sensitivity of 11.5 × 10 -5μg/mL. PCR result testing 60 respiratory swabs and 12 lung tissues were negative. Conclusions PCR for detecting TPMV has good specificity and high sensitivity and can be used for conventional tree shrew paramyxovirus detection.%目的 建立树鼩副粘病毒(Tupaia paramyxovirus,TPMV)PCR检测方法,并进行初步应用.方法 根据NCBI公布的TPMV基因组序列,选择8231 bp~8720 bp区域人工合成一段DNA序列并转入质粒中,作为阳性标准质粒.根据TPMV保守区域设计一对特异性引物,考察方法的特异性和灵敏度,并应用于60份树鼩呼吸道咽拭子cDNA及12份树鼩肺组织cDNA的检测中.结果 所建立的PCR检测方法特异性好,灵敏度高,可达11.5 × 10 -5μg/mL.60份树鼩呼吸道咽拭子cDNA及12份树鼩肺组织cDNA检测均为阴性.结论 建立的树鼩副粘病毒PCR检测方法特异性强,灵敏度高,可用于树鼩副粘病毒的常规检测中.

    • 摘要: 副粘病毒科的许多病毒可使人和动物致病.感染发生需要病毒包膜与宿主细胞膜的融合.一般来说,副粘病毒融合蛋白诱导的膜融合需要吸附蛋白的协同作用来实现.但是,吸附蛋白如何将受体信号传递给融合蛋白,并激活融合蛋白,引发细胞融合?其确切的机制尚不清楚,且不同的吸附蛋白激活融合蛋白的具体过程存在明显的差异性.本研究将对副粘病毒膜融合过程中的保守性与特异性进行综述,以期为研究该属病毒的膜融合机制研究提供线索.%The family Paramyxoviridae is a group of viruses that significantly affect human and animal health. Paramyxoviruses are generally thought to enter host cells by direct fusion of the viral and host cell membranes. Membrane fusion, essential for syncytium formation, is not only a pathological hallmark of paramyxoviral infections, but also a kind of mechanism of cell-to-cell viral spread. Nevertheless, the process of membrane fusion is highly conserved, only consisting of two-component fusion apparatus: an attachment protein ( HN/ G/ H) and a fusion ( F) protein. However, there is a significant knowledge gap on the mechanism( s) by which HN/ H/ G couples receptor binding to F-triggering, since different attachment proteins possess special triggering process. In this review, we summarize the general property and distinction of the fusion process during paramyxoviral infection for further research on the pathogenic mechanism.
