为准确测定烟用滤棒的含水率,建立了以乙腈为内标,以异丙醇为溶剂振荡萃取,采用气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)检测滤棒中水分的方法,并与标准方法烘箱法(OV法)检测结果进行了比较.结果表明:①方法的检出限为0.03%,加标回收率为96.5%~108.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.32%~3.07%;②当滤棒不含三乙酸甘油酯时,GC-TCD与OV法检测结果基本一致,但滤棒中含有三乙酸甘油酯时, OV法检测结果约为GC-TCD法检测结果的两倍.③采用GC-TCD法测定的1个丙纤滤棒和10个醋纤滤棒样品含水率分别为1.88%和3.65%~6.17%,均低于限量要求.该方法解决了OV法测定过程中由于滤棒中三乙酸甘油酯受热挥发所导致的含水率检测结果偏高问题,检测结果更加准确可靠,且操作简单、灵敏度较高,适用于不同烟用滤棒含水率的检测.%In order to accurately determine the moisture content in an unused cigarette filter rod, a gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector (GC-TCD) method was established by using acetonitrile as internal standard and isopropanol as extraction solvent for oscillation extraction. The test results of the developed method were compared with those measured using a standard method (the oven method). The results showed that: 1) The limit of detection, recoveries, relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the developed method was 0.03%, 96.5%-108.3%, 0.32%-3.07%, respectively. 2) When filter rod was free of triacetin (glycerol triacetate, GT), the results obtained by the two methods were basically the same. However, the result of oven method was about twice as high as that of GC-TCD method if filter rods contained triacetin. 3) The moisture contents of filter samples, include one acetate fiber filter rod and ten polypropylene fiber tow filter rods, by GC-TCD method were 1.88% and 3.65%-6.17%, respectively, which were lower than the required limit. This method solves the issue of relative higher moisture contents during using the oven method caused by the thermal volatilization of triacetin in filter rod, the detection result is more accurate and reliable. The method is simple, sensitive, and suitable for determining the moisture content in different cigarette filter rods.
