The objective of the current study was to investigate the effects of yeast culture of white distiller's grains added in different energy level diets on growth performance,carcass composition and serum biochemical indices of broilers. A total of 350 one-day-old male Arbor Acres(AA)broiler chickens were randomly allotted into 5 groups with 7 replicates of 10 birds each. Chickens in 5 groups were fed a basal diet(group Ⅰ, con-trol), the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(groupⅡ),the basal di-et supplemented with 1.0% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(group Ⅲ), the reduced 0.21 MJ/kg me-tabolizable energy basal diet supplemented with 0.5% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(groupⅣ),and the reduced 0.42 MJ/kg metabolizable energy basal diet supplemented with 1.0% yeast culture of white distill-er's grains(group Ⅴ), respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: 1)at 21 days of age, the average body weight of broilers in control group was the lowest, and tended to be significant lower than that in group Ⅲ(P0.05). 2)At 21 days of age, the abdominal fat percentage of broilers in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). 3)No significant difference in serum total protein,albu-min, uric acid, creatinine, calcium or phosphorus content of broilers was found when diet was supplemented with yeast culture of white distiller's grains(P>0.05). 4)At 21 days of age, serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)activity in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was significantly increased compared with control group in which was the lowest(P>0.05). The serum superoxide dismutase activity of broilers in experimental groups was signifi-cantly increased compared with control group(P0.05).2)与对照组比,Ⅳ组肉仔鸡21日龄腹脂率显著降低(P0.05).3)饲粮添加白酒糟酵母培养物对肉仔鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿酸、肌酐、钙和磷含量影响均不显著(P>0.05).4)21日龄时,对照组肉仔鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最低,且显著低于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);各试验组肉仔鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05).42日龄时,各试验组肉仔鸡血清T-AOC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上,不同能量水平饲粮中添加0.05%~0.10%白酒糟酵母培养物可提高肉仔鸡体增重,改善料重比,降低腹脂率,提高血清抗氧化能力.
