不同能量水平饲粮中添加白酒糟酵母培养物对肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体组成和血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

The objective of the current study was to investigate the effects of yeast culture of white distiller's grains added in different energy level diets on growth performance,carcass composition and serum biochemical indices of broilers. A total of 350 one-day-old male Arbor Acres(AA)broiler chickens were randomly allotted into 5 groups with 7 replicates of 10 birds each. Chickens in 5 groups were fed a basal diet(group Ⅰ, con-trol), the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(groupⅡ),the basal di-et supplemented with 1.0% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(group Ⅲ), the reduced 0.21 MJ/kg me-tabolizable energy basal diet supplemented with 0.5% yeast culture of white distiller's grains(groupⅣ),and the reduced 0.42 MJ/kg metabolizable energy basal diet supplemented with 1.0% yeast culture of white distill-er's grains(group Ⅴ), respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: 1)at 21 days of age, the average body weight of broilers in control group was the lowest, and tended to be significant lower than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.10). The ratio of feed to gain(F/G)of broilers in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was partially decreased during 22 to 42 days of age compared with control group(P<0.10),and the F/G of broil-ers in group Ⅱ was lower than that in control group during 1 to 42 days of age(P>0.05). 2)At 21 days of age, the abdominal fat percentage of broilers in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the abdominal fat percentage of broilers in groupⅤwas numerically decreased at 21 and 42 days of age compared with control group(P>0.05). 3)No significant difference in serum total protein,albu-min, uric acid, creatinine, calcium or phosphorus content of broilers was found when diet was supplemented with yeast culture of white distiller's grains(P>0.05). 4)At 21 days of age, serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)activity in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was significantly increased compared with control group in which was the lowest(P>0.05). The serum superoxide dismutase activity of broilers in experimental groups was signifi-cantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05), and serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of broilers in groupsⅡ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). At 42 days of age, T-AOC in experimental groups was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01). Overall, dietary 0.5% to 1.0% yeast culture of white distiller's grains can increase body weight gain,improve feed effi-ciency, decrease the abdominal fat percentage and increase the serum antioxidant ability of broilers.%本试验旨在探究不同能量水平饲粮中添加白酒糟酵母培养物对肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体组成和血清生化指标的影响.选用350只1日龄爱拔益加健康公雏,随机分为5个组,分别为:Ⅰ组(基础饲粮,对照组)、Ⅱ组(基础饲粮+0.5%白酒糟酵母培养物)、Ⅲ组(基础饲粮+1.0%白酒糟酵母培养物)、Ⅳ组(基础饲粮降低0.21 MJ/kg代谢能+0.5%白酒糟酵母培养物)和Ⅴ组(基础饲粮降低0.42 MJ/kg代谢能+1.0%白酒糟酵母培养物),每组7个重复,每个重复10只鸡.试验期42 d.结果显示:1)21日龄肉仔鸡平均体重以对照组最低,其他各组略有升高,Ⅲ组升高趋势明显(P<0.10).与对照组相比,Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组肉仔鸡22~42日龄料重比有所改善(P<0.10),Ⅱ组料重比在1~42日龄低于对照组(P>0.05).2)与对照组比,Ⅳ组肉仔鸡21日龄腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅴ组肉仔鸡腹脂率在21日龄和42日龄有降低的趋势(P>0.05).3)饲粮添加白酒糟酵母培养物对肉仔鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿酸、肌酐、钙和磷含量影响均不显著(P>0.05).4)21日龄时,对照组肉仔鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最低,且显著低于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);各试验组肉仔鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05).42日龄时,各试验组肉仔鸡血清T-AOC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上,不同能量水平饲粮中添加0.05%~0.10%白酒糟酵母培养物可提高肉仔鸡体增重,改善料重比,降低腹脂率,提高血清抗氧化能力.
