The opaque glaze can hide the blemish in the product of porcelain,so it is always widely used in the ceramic indus-try.The opaque glaze developed by raw materials without lead and arsenic,and it has some superior properties,such as ul-tra low melting temperature,high surface tension and low expansion factor.It cannot only be used in ceramic ware,but al-so in the rolling and pawing flower of the overglaze color decorating.After consulting a good deal of literatures and learning some relevant technological process,we make sure to use quartz,potash feldspar,albite,calcite,bechilite,kaolin,stea-tite,zinc oxide and zircon as the raw material to designing the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.By these experiments,we want to develop a opaque glaze with high surface tension and low melting temperature.And we will ex-plore the dosage of each kind of raw material and the technological processes (like the firing temperature and the milling time)are how to affect the quality of glaze.Eventually,we will find out the best recipe.The experiment results show that the best recipe is that Potash Feldspar 38%,quartz 18%,bechilite 19%,calcite 12%,zinc oxide 11%,kaolin 1.2%,stea-tite 1%.And the best technological processes contain that the best milling time is 50min and the firing temperature is 900°C (Keep the temperature to 30 min).%乳浊釉在陶瓷坯体上具有遮瑕的作用,因此在陶瓷行业中被广泛使用.超低温生料乳浊釉是一种无铅无砷、表面张力大、热膨胀系数小的釉,除可用于陶瓷器皿的装饰外,还可用于釉上粉彩轧道扒花装饰.本实验在充分查阅相关文献资料及了解相关工艺的基础上,以石英、钾长石、钠长石、方解石、硼钙石、高岭土、氧化锌和锆英石为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验,研制出一种具有高表面张力,并且熔融温度很低的生料乳浊釉.在实验过程中通过探索各种原料的用量、烧成制度、球磨时间等因素对釉面效果的影响,最终确定最佳配方.实验结果表明,最佳配方为:钾长石38%,石英18%,硼钙石19%,方解石12%,氧化锌11%,高岭土1.2%,滑石1%.最佳工艺条件为:球磨时间50 min,烧成温度900°C,高火保温30 min左右.
