    • 摘要: Non-volatile memory(NVM)devices with non-volatility and low power consumption properties are important in the data storage field.The switching mechanism and packaging reliability issues in NVMs are of great research interest.The switching process in NVM devices accompanied by the evolution of microstructure and composition is fast and subtle.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)with high spatial resolution and versatile external fields is widely used in analyzing the evolution of morphology,structures and chemical compositions at atomic scale.The various external stimuli,such as thermal,electrical,mechanical,optical and magnetic fields,provide a platform to probe and engineer NVM devices inside TEM in real-time.Such advanced technologies make it possible for an in situ and interactive manipulation of NVM devices without sacrificing the resolution.This technology facilitates the exploration of the intrinsic structure-switching mechanism of NVMs and the reliability issues in the memory package.In this review,the evolution of the functional layers in NVM devices characterized by the advanced in situ TEM technology is introduced,with intermetallic compounds forming and degradation process investigated.The principles and challenges of TEM technology on NVM device study are also discussed.

    • 摘要: A vibrational statement, method and algorithm to assess the damping capacity of structurally inhomogeneous viscoelastic mechanical systems, consisting of a package of rectangular plates and shells with point relations and concentrated masses at different rheological properties of deformable elements, are proposed in the paper. To describe rheological properties of the material, the linear hereditary Boltzmann-Volter theory was used. To assess the damping capacity of the system, the problem in question in each case was reduced to solving the proper problems of algebraic equations with complex parameters solved by the Muller method. The accuracy of the methods was demonstrated by comparing the calculated results with known published data and a numerical experiment. Complex natural frequency of the system was used to assess the damping capacity of inhomogeneous viscoelastic systems. Various eigenvalue problems have been solved for structurally inhomogeneous mechanical systems consisting of a package of plate and shell systems with concentrated masses and shock absorbers. A number of new mechanical effects have been discovered, related to the manifestation of the damping capacity of mechanical systems under consideration.

    • 摘要: The measuring method of structure damage during vibrating has been developed by applying simple supported beam as object of study, fiber Bragg grating strain sensing array as the measuring method, and wavelet package analysis as signal extracting tools. The damage data of simple supported beam at vibrating state has been collected. The damage characteristic indexes have been extracted based on analyzing and handling the damage data with wavelet analysis. The experiment shows that fiber Bragg grating strain sensing array can sensitively measure the experimentaldata of simple supported beam at vibrating state. The fiber Bragg grating strain sensing array measuring is a new method in dynamic measurement.

    • 摘要: The commonly used statistical methods in medical research generally assume patients arise from one homogeneous population. However, the existence and importance of significant heterogeneity have been widely documented. It is well known that common and complex human diseases usually have heterogeneous disease etiology, which often involves interplay of multiple genetic and environmental factors, leading to latent population substructure. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) is a useful tool to uncover genetic association with disease of interest, while linkage analysis is a commonly used method to identify statistical association between the inheritance of a human disease and inheritance of marker loci that are in linkage with disease causing loci. We propose a likelihood ratio test for genome-wide linkage analysis under genetic heterogeneity using family data. We derive a closed-form formula for the LRT test statistic and provide explicit asymptotic null distribution. The closed form asymptotic distribution allows easy determination of the asymptotic p-values. Our extensive simulation studies indicate that the proposed test has proper type I error and good power under genetic heterogeneity. In order to simplify application of the proposed method for non-statisticians, we develop an R package gLRTH to implement the proposed LRT for genome-wide linkage analysis as well as Qian and Shao’s LRT for GWAS under heterogeneity. The newly developed open source R package gLRTH is available at CRAN.

    • 摘要: Beef loins, were de-boned and left unpackaged (n = 12) or packaged using dry-ageing bags (n = 12). A third batch (n = 12) were not boned out and unpackaged. Loins were aged in a chill at 2°C, with steaks (2.54 cm) tested on days 0, 7, 14 and 21 for % yield, colour, texture, pH, cooking losses and microbiological status. Sensory affective analysis and a novel descriptive method (Ranking Descriptive Analysis) were also performed. The dry aged samples had significantly (P < 0.05) higher moisture losses followed by dry-ageing bag samples and bone-in samples. The bone-in samples scored lower for appearance at 21 days, were juicier, but had more off-flavour. Dry aged beef scored significantly higher than the bone-in samples for overall acceptability, but were not significantly better than the dry-ageing bag samples which had reduced moisture losses and greater tenderness. Microbiologically all treatments performed similarly. There were no significant differences in trim losses between dry-aged samples with or without the use of ageing bags. The sensory methods utilised allowed samples to be assessed hedonically and descriptively in real time without the necessity to freeze samples and without reverse storage design.

    • 摘要: Background: Patients with dementia who accidentally swallowed a press- through package (PTP) have been increased in recent years. Swallowed PTP is usually detected with CT having a risk of radiation exposure since PTP is very difficult to detect with abdominal X-ray image. Purpose: This study is aimed at developing the new PTP sheet recognizable with abdominal X-ray by improving the conventional PTP sheet. Material and Methods: The PTP sheet samples used in this study are: No. 1 Control: Commercially available tablet 100 mg, No. 2 Triple-stacked aluminum foil, 6-overcoated with BaSO4 10.3 g/m2, No. 3 Aluminum foil, 6-overcoated with BaSO4 10.3 g/m2, No. 4 Five-stacked aluminum foil, 6-overcoated with BaSO4 No. 5 Aluminum foil, single-coated with WO3 2.55 g/m2, No. 6 Aluminum foil, double-coated with WO3 5.1 g/m2, No. 7 Aluminum foil, triple-coated with WO3 7.66 g/m2, No. 8 Three-stacked aluminum foil, triple-coated with WO3. PTP sheets (No. 1 - No. 8) were placed inside the abdominal soft tissue phantom, and the images were obtained using FUJIFILM DR CALNEO PT. Region of interest (ROI) was placed on PTP sheets (No. 1 - No. 8) and abdominal soft tissue liquid phantom, and each contrast was measured from the average pixel of the two ROIs. Contrast was calculated by the calculation formula. Each ROI was measured three times, and their average value and standard deviation were estimated. Results: Statistical significance in contrast was not observed in commercial PTP sheet (No. 1), PTP sheet (No. 3), and PTP sheet (No. 5), while there was a significant difference between PTP sheet (No. 1) and PTP sheet (No. 2), PTP sheet (No. 4) PTP sheet (No. 6), PTP sheet (No. 7) (p Conclusion: The other all prototype PTP sheets (No. 2, No. 4, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8) were well recognized. PTP sheets (No. 2, No. 4) of BaSO4 is considered to be more suitable than PTP sheets of WO3 (No. 6, No. 7, No. 8) because it is easier to produce. We will develop oral PTP sheets for patients with dementia for abdominal X-ray in the future.
