摘要： On April 22,the three-day long Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2022 ended in Boao,Hainan.This year’s theme was“The world in COVID-19&Beyond:Working Together for Global Development and Shared future”.Representatives from 42 countries and regions attended the annual conference both offline and online and shared their insights and opinions.

摘要： This work reviews the opportunities to make the communication of Carbon Footprint more effective,starting from the experience of CFI(Carbon Footprint Italy)and moving in the direction of CFIA(Carbon Footprint International Alliance).In view of the implementation of the ambitious policies set globally,requiring a quick and irreversible decarbonization of all the sectors,it is crucial to guarantee that transparent,reliable,and effective information is provided to the public.The analysis is built on CFI,the Italian initiative,and is focused on the global initiatives that are evolving worldwide.To ensure the best communication possible of carbon footprints all around the world,it becomes necessary for all the programmes to apply the same,credible rules and collaborate in view of a mutual,multilateral recognition.Built upon the experience of MLA(Multi-Lateral Agreements)among accreditation bodies,the CFIA aims at gathering the existing initiatives to create a strengthened international network to boost the global recognition of carbon footprints,thus facilitating the enhancement of virtuous companies in the global market.

摘要： BACKGROUND There is variability in intensive care unit(ICU)resources and staffing worldwide.This may reflect variation in practice and outcomes across all health systems.AIM To improve research and quality improvement measures administrative leaders can create long-term strategies by understanding the nature of ICU practices on a global scale.METHODS The Global ICU Needs Assessment Research Group was formed on the basis of diversified skill sets.We aimed to survey sites regarding ICU type,availability of staffing,and adherence to critical care protocols.An international survey‘Global ICU Needs Assessment’was created using Google Forms,and this was distributed from February 17^(th),2020 till September 23^(rd),2020.The survey was shared with ICU providers in 34 countries.Various approaches to motivating healthcare providers were implemented in securing submissions,including use of emails,phone calls,social media applications,and WhatsApp^(TM).By completing this survey,providers gave their consent for research purposes.This study was deemed eligible for category-2 Institutional Review Board exempt status.RESULTS There were a total 121 adult/adult-pediatrics ICU responses from 34 countries in 76 cities.A majority of the ICUs were mixed medical-surgical[92(76%)].108(89%)were adult-only ICUs.Total 36 respondents(29.8%)were 31-40 years of age,with 79(65%)male and 41(35%)female participants.89 were consultants(74%).A total of 71(59%)respondents reported having a 24-h inhouse intensivist.A total of 87(72%)ICUs were reported to have either a 2:1 or≥2:1 patient/nurse ratio.About 44%of the ICUs were open and 76%were mixed type(medical-surgical).Protocols followed regularly by the ICUs included sepsis care(82%),ventilator-associated pneumonia(79%);nutrition(76%),deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis(84%),stress ulcer prophylaxis(84%),and glycemic control(89%).CONCLUSION Based on the findings of this international,multi-dimensional,needs-assessment survey,there is a need for increased recruitment and staffing in critical care facilities,along with improved patientto-nurse ratios.Future research is warranted in this field with focus on implementing appropriate health standards,protocols and resources for optimal efficiency in critical care worldwide.

摘要： 1.Introduction Global Healtii Journal focuses on global health-related topics,including global health practice,global health education,and so on.In this special issue,we focus on following themes:(1)an advanced therapy;(2)management strategy of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS);(3)optimizing menopausal hormone therapy(MHT);and(4)an interpretation of expert consensus.All those works are the intense and painstaking efforts made by the researchers across the world,which cover some important topics on gynecological and reproductive endocrinology and improve the clinical routine as well further researches.

摘要： As the world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,economic globalization is going through rapid adjustments and transformation.Deep-seated conflicts and challenges in global development are unfolding.As global development is standing at a crossroad,China proposed the Global Development Initiative(GDI)and underlined jointly advancing the high-quality development of the Belt and Road.This demonstrates China's role as a responsible major country and China's important practice to vigorously engage in and lead global development and governance and build a community with a shared future for mankind.

摘要： Clinical Study and automatic diagnosis of electrocardiogram(ECG)data always remain a challenge in diagnosing cardiovascular activities.The analysis of ECG data relies on various factors like morphological features,classification techniques,methods or models used to diagnose and its performance improvement.Another crucial factor in themethodology is howto train the model for each patient.Existing approaches use standard training model which faces challenges when training data has variation due to individual patient characteristics resulting in a lower detection accuracy.This paper proposes an adaptive approach to identify performance improvement in building a training model that analyze global trainingmethodology against an individual training methodology and identifying a gap between them.We provide our investigation and comparative study on these methods and model with standard classification techniques with basic morphological features and Heart RateVariability(HRV)thatmay aid real time application.This approach helps in analyzing and evaluating the performance of different techniques and can suggests adoption of a best model identification with efficient technique and efficient attribute set for real-time systems.

摘要： In this study,the globalization of the labor force and its reflections on the labor markets are discussed.In this section,the results of the study will be evaluated.The fact that production can be divided into stages has enabled the production of each stage of production to be produced where it can be produced at the lowest cost internationally,thus production is organized in the form of global value chains.Global value chains have a hierarchical structure based on power relations.At the top of the chain is an oligopolist MNC,while at the very bottom there are a large number of micro-production units that compete against each other with costly competition.This situation causes an asymmetric structure in international markets.The globalization of the workforce is in the form of such a production organization and participation in such international markets.The pressures that transfers to reduce the cost of production make them feel at different intensities depending on the level of labor force being added to a ring in the global value chain.

摘要： Introduction Anxiety and depressive disorders pose significant public health issues across the world.Depression and other depressive disorders are mental illnesses characterised by a profound and persistent feeling of sadness or despair and a loss of interest in formerly pleasurable activities.Disturbances in sleep,appetite and cognitive processes are common symptoms.Globally,5%of adults are estimated to suffer from the disorder.1 Anxiety disorder is a chronic condition characterised by excessive and persistent apprehension,with physical symptoms such as sweating,palpitations,feelings of stress and increased blood pressure.
