To study the effect of cadmium on the heart rate and feeding capacity of Daphnia magna, the experiment set up three Cd2+ concentration groups (0.01, 0.05, 0.09 mg/L)and one control group for four treatment times (2, 6, 9, 12 h), analyzed heart rate, feeding rate and filtration rate of daphnia. The results showed that the heart rate after treatment in Daphnia magna was significantly lower than that of the control group, the heart rate was significantly or extremely significantly reduced at different concentrations of 0.09 mg/L of cadmium(P<0.05, P<0.01). Feed rate and filtration rate showed a downward trend with the increase of cadmium concentration and treatment time, especially at 9 h after cadmium treatment, the feeding rate and water filtration rate were significantly or extremely significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01)than the control group at the higher concentration (0.05, 0.09 mg/L). The changes in heart rate and feeding capacity of Daphnia magna will affect their growth, development and even reproduction, which in turn will affect the population, the parpose is to provide theoretical basis for water environment research and industrial wastewater discharge standard.%为研究镉(Cd2+)对大型溞(Daphnia magna)心率和摄食能力的影响,试验设置了1个空白对照组和3个镉处理组(Cd2+质量浓度为0.01,0.05,0.09 mg/L),分别测定了Cd2+处理后2,6,9,12 h的心率、摄食率和滤水率.
