    • 摘要: 受楼板等构件约束的限制,预应力筋张拉方案复杂,不同张拉顺序引起结构受力不同,对整体结构受力稳定影响较大。基于宝清县文化创意中心空心楼板工程,分析不同方案下预应力筋张拉顺序对结构整体受力及变形的影响,并采用MIDAS有限元软件研究不同张拉顺序下的结构整体性能。结果表明:3种方案张拉下,结构最大位移相差较小,最大位移仅0.58 mm,结构最大应力相差较明显。通过对比研究后采用横向从头到尾—纵向从头到尾的方式进行预应力筋张拉。通过分析不同张拉顺序下结构整体受力性能,确保空心楼板工程的顺利进行,为相似工程提供参考。

    • 摘要: 目前有关无粘结预应力筋极限应力增量的诸多计算方法存在计算复杂或精度较差的问题,基于整体变形的无粘结预应力筋极限应力增量的计算方法有效地解决了这一难题.通过8根无粘结预应力混凝土梁抗弯试验对各国规范中关于无粘结预应力筋极限应力增量的计算方法及现有的基于变形的计算方法进行了对比分析,结果表明:相对于其他计算方法,基于整体变形的无粘结预应力筋极限应力增量的计算方法具备计算简单,结果准确的优点.

    • 摘要: 提出一种新型装配式混凝土框架梁柱节点,其具有震后自主复位,低损伤等特点.为了解该新型节点的抗震性能,进行了新型装配式节点与现浇节点的拟静力对比试验研究,并与OpenSees有限元分析结果进行了对比.试验结果表明,新型装配式节点在梁端位移角达到1/18时,仍保持承载力不降低,结构构件基本完好,仅在梁端出现少量弯曲裂缝,且在荷载卸除后实现自主复位,裂缝基本闭合.有限元分析结果表明,该装配式节点的承载能力随初始预应力的增大而增大,同时也随耗能钢筋截面面积的增大而增大,耗能能力则主要来源于耗能钢筋.%A novel prefabricated RC frame beam-column joint is presented in this paper, which may have the behaviors of self-centering and low damage after a severe earthquake. To investigate the seismic performance of the novel joint, quasi-static tests of the novel prefabricated RC frame joint and the traditional cast-in-situ RC frame joint were carried on and the test results were also compared with the finite element analysis results using OpenSees software. It can be found from the test results that when the drift ratio of the beam attains 1/18, the load capacity of the prefabricated joint keeps increasing and the structural members maintain excellence except with a few flexural slight cracks at the end of the beam. When unloaded, the joint recovered self-centering and the cracks closed. The finite element analysis results show that the load capacity of the prefabricated joint will be improved with the increase of initial prestressing force and the increase of the cross section area of the energy dissipating bars and the energy dissipating ability of the joint is mainly contributed by the energy dissipating bars.

    • 摘要: 在大开间、大跨度与重荷裁的结构中,采用预应力混凝土结构,可减少材料用量,扩大使用功能,综合经济效益好,在现代结构中具有广阔的发展前景。本文结合泰山会展中心项目,就预应力筋技术如何应用于工程实际进行了归纳,以期为今后类似项目的施工提供参考借鉴。

    • 摘要: To investigate the feasibility of reducing the residual displacement of reinforced concrete (RC) bridge piers by using unbounded prestressing strands,a dynamic analysis model for RC piers with vertical unbonded prestressing strands was built,and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the analysis results with those of quasi-static and shaking table tests.The influence of prestressing strands on the residual displacement of piers was studied.It is found that the residual displacement of piers can be reduced obviously by using the unbonded prestressing strands.And a larger prestressing strand ratio will lead to a smaller residual displacement.The initial stress of prestressing strands and the location of strands have little influence on the residual displacement of piers.The near fault ground motion is the main factor inducing the residual displacement of piers.The ratio of the residual displacement to maximum displacement of piers under far fault ground motion is less than 10%,while the ratio would increase to larger than 30% for piers under near fault ground motion.The maximum strand stress increase linearlys with the maximum lateral displacement of the pier.%为进一步讨论采用竖向无粘结预应力筋减少钢筋混凝土(Reinforced Concrete,RC)桥墩震后残余位移的可行性,建立了竖向配置预应力筋的RC桥墩动力分析模型,结合拟静力和振动台试验结果,对数值分析模型的准确性进行了验证.在此基础上讨论了无粘结预应力筋对RC桥墩震后残余位移的影响.结果表明,RC桥墩中配置竖向无粘结预应力筋能够明显减小桥墩震后残余位移;随预应力筋配筋率的增加,墩顶残余位移值明显减少;预应力筋初始应力和预应力筋位置对桥墩震后残余位移影响不大.近断层地震动是引起桥墩震后残余位移过大的主因,远场地震动下,桥墩震后残余位移与墩顶最大位移的比值在10%内;而近断层地震动下,桥墩震后残余位移与墩顶最大位移的比值可达30%以上.预应力筋最大应力值随墩顶最大变形基本呈线性增加的趋势.

    • 摘要: 为了研究双根无粘结预应力筋上施加的预拉力对加筋体力学性能的影响,采用缩尺模型试验研究,以钢砂作为填料,既满足了工程中无黏性填料的强度,又模拟了加筋体的应力状态。通过分级施加无粘结预应力筋的预拉力及模型上部的荷载,获得了加筋体的变形及挡板背部土压力的分布,并将试验结果与普通加筋体的测试结果进行了对比分析。研究表明:施加预拉力前加筋体的顶部沉降小于普通加筋体的顶部沉降;无粘结预应力筋上预拉力可以显著减小挡板的水平变形,且影响加筋体顶部的沉降,该影响与无粘结预应力筋的位置有关;堆载后挡板的水平变形和加筋体的竖向变形均变化不大;在施加预拉力过程中无粘结预应力筋之间基本无相互作用。%The mechanical properties of reinforced body with double unbonded prestressed reinforcements are affect-ed by the pre-tension applied on it.In scale model tests,steel shot was adopted to simulate the intensity of cohe-sionless fill and the stress state of the reinforced body.The distribution of deformation in the reinforced body and the soil pressure on the back of slab were obtained through applying pre-tension on unbonded prestressed reinforcement and heaped load at the top of reinforced body step by step.The test results were compared with those of common re-inforced body.Results revealed that the settlement on the top of the reinforced body in the presence of pre-tension was smaller than that of common reinforced body in the absence of pre-tension.The increment of pre-tension re-duced the horizontal deformation of slab and affected the settlement on the top of the reinforced body,which de-pends on the position of unbonded prestressed reinforcement.Moreover,the horizontal deformation of slab and verti-cal deformation of the prestressed reinforced body changed little under heaped load.When applying pre-tension, there is almost no interaction between the reinforcements.

    • 摘要: 在复合结构楼板中采用现浇无粘结预应力聚苯板可以强化楼板的整体性能,并且由于借助了钢材的强度所以整体上的强度也得到了增加.与此同时,这种技术也让楼板模板构造比以前更为简便,施工用具得到了节省,也让工期大大缩短.本文以某工程作为案例,重点介绍了复合楼板中采用现浇无粘结预应力聚苯板的施工技术.

    • 摘要: 泥石流拦挡坝主要以增加自身刚度来提高其拦挡能力,但对于巨石块的碰撞,坝体刚度越大,其受冲击力也越大,相应的坝体结构破坏也越大。创新性地将无粘结预应力筋设置在普通格栅坝中,利用ABAQUS软件对普通格栅坝和加无粘结预应力筋格栅坝在相同冲击条件下(以10m/s的冲击速度)坝体被撞后动能的变化、加速度响应值、位移值和Von-mises应力进行了有限元数值模拟计算与对比分析。结果表明:加无粘结预应力筋格栅坝比普通格栅坝能吸收更多的冲击能量,冲击方向的加速度响应值更小,具有更好的抗冲击性能。%The resistance ability of debris dam is mainly increased by improving stiffness of the dam.How-ever,under the impact of stones,the bigger the dam’s stiffness is,the bigger impact force it bears,and the greater structural damage it gets.Based on this point,this paper innovatively sets unbonded prestressed tendon in the ordinary grille dam,and conducts the finite element numerical simulation and comparison a-nalysis of the ordinary and improved grille dam by applying ABAQUS software.Under the same impact condition with impact velocity of 10 m/s,the paper compares the grille dams before and after the impact from the aspects including changes of kinetic energy,acceleration respon sevalues,dam displacement and Von-mises stress.The result shows that the grille dam with unbonded pestressed tendon absorbs more im-pact energy,and the acceleration response value is smaller.The grille dam with unbonded pestressed tendon exhibits better performance in impact resistance.
