    • 摘要: 为全面摸清宝天曼保护区蝶类的物种和区系组成。通过野外调查,宝天曼蝶类区系是以东洋区系为主导和南北种类过度交叉为特征的,其中东洋界约占全部种群数量的58%,古北界和全北界种占全部调查种群种类数量的9%。数据分析发现,宝天曼保护区的蝶类以中国北亚热带的代表的蝶类区系,显著区别与传统的中国温带蝴蝶区系。

    • 摘要: 利用蝴蝶对环境变化特别敏感的特性,研究河南宝天曼国家级自然保护区生境局部特征变化对蝴蝶多样性的影响,运用标准化样线监测法对宝天曼漂流水库、七星潭、葛条爬、长岭头、马山口等地区进行蝴蝶多样性调查.结果显示:宝天曼自然保护区物种丰富度最高的类群为蛱蝶科Nymphalidae,为当地优势类群,共24属52种;弄蝶科Hesperiidae为稀有类群,仅4属5种.5条样线中,葛条爬属级、种级多样性指数和物种丰富度最高,依次为2.7613、2.9268、7.7715,优势度指数最低,为0.1879;七星潭科级多样性指数最高,为1.4042;而长岭头的均匀度指数最高,为0.7518.保护区内的蝴蝶古北种、东洋种和广布种所占比例分别为:20.48%、13.25%、66.27%,广布种占绝对的优势,古北种多于东洋种.

    • 摘要: 森林类型和群落结构是影响森林植被碳库分配格局的重要因子.拟揭示宝天曼自然保护区栓皮栎林(幼龄)、鹅耳枥林、针叶林和针阔混交林植被碳库及其分配格局,明确森林类型和群落结构对研究区森林植被碳库及其分配格局的影响.采用样地调查法结合木本树种的异速生长方程的方法获得植被碳库,进而划分植物器官碳库以及群落径级.通过单因素方差分析和多重比较的方法,分析林型和群落结构对森林植被碳库及其分配格局的影响.结果 表明:(1)栓皮栎林、鹅耳枥林、针叶林和针阔混交林4种林型的总植被碳库分别为54.86、102.22、116.91和132.16t/hm2.中龄林和幼龄林间的地上植被碳库、总植被碳库差异显著(P<0.05),但是地下植被碳库的差异并不显著.除栓皮栎林以外,各林型器官碳库大小排序均为树干>树枝>树根>树叶,栓皮栎林具有最大的根冠比.(2)栓皮栎林、鹅耳枥林和针叶林都以小树[胸径(DBH)<10 cm]个体比例相对较高.对于地上、地下、总植被碳库,1~< 20 cm径级个体的碳库贡献率都呈现出栓皮栎林>鹅耳枥林>针叶林>针阔混交林的趋势,而大树(DBH为50 ~ 60 cm)的贡献率则表现为针阔混交林大于其他林型.栓皮栎林中小树对总植被碳库的贡献率为地下大于地上,针阔混交林中大树对植被碳库的贡献率为地上大于地下.建议森林管理应针对不同林型和林龄的特点采取相应的经营方案,以保持较高的植被碳库水平.

    • 摘要: To compare vein characteristics of Quercus serrata var.brevipetiolata,Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis in Baotianman Natural Reserve of Henan,the leaves were scanned and the vein characteristics were extracted by software LEAF GUI.Principal component analysis,one-way anova and multiple comparison were used to analyze the vein characteristics.The results showed that 1) the capacity for adapting to the cold and drought environment of Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis was stronger than that of Q.serrata var.brevipetiolata because of the higher vein density.2) The ability of transport of Q.acutissima and Q.aliena var.acuteserrata was stronger than that of Q.variabilis and Q.serrata var.brevipetiolata,because the vein distance,mean 2D area,mean 3D area and mean volume of areole were relatively smaller and vein density and areole density were larger.3) Higher vein and areole density of Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis improved the abilities of supporting and resisting damage from exterior environment of leaves.%为探究河南宝天曼自然保护区内的短柄袍栎、麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎的叶脉序特征差异,对4种栎属树木的叶片进行扫描,使用LEAF GUI叶脉序分析软件对叶脉序特征进行提取,通过主成分分析、单因素方差分析以及多重比较等方法对叶脉序特征进行分析,结果表明:1)麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎通过增大叶脉密度来适应寒冷和干旱环境;2)麻栎和锐齿槲栎的叶脉间距离、叶脉边缘三维面积和二维面积以及闭合环形结构体积相对较小,叶脉密度和网眼密度相对较大,其叶脉系统运输能力更强;3)麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎的叶脉密度和网眼密度相对较大,增强了叶脉系统的机械支持能力和抵御外部损伤能力.

    • 摘要: In order to understand the community structure and species distribution mechanism of Stewartia shensiensis Chang forest,the community features of Stewartia shensiensis Chang forest were studied by sampling.The results showed that Baotianman Nature Reserve was rich in Stewartia shensiensis Chang forest,which showed scattered composition regarding to plant families.In terms of geographical components of the genera,many of them were distributed in the temperate zone.The main life form of this community was phaenerophyte and middle sized,single,and herbaceous leafs took advantage in the community.The community structure was complicated with certain interstratum plants.The species diversity index of different layers was descending in the following order:shrub layer > herb layer > tree layer.According to the ornamental characteristics and ecological habits of Stewartia shensiensis Chang,the configuration form of Stewartia shensiensis Chang landscape forest in Henan province was put forward.%为了解陕西紫茎的群落结构和物种分布机制,采用样地法,对陕西紫茎的群落特征进行研究.结果表明:宝天曼自然保护区陕西紫茎群落物种丰富,植物科属组成较为分散,从属的地理成分上看,温带分布的属占据优势,群落的生活型以高位芽植物为主,群落叶的性质以中型叶、单叶、草质为多,群落结构复杂,具有一定的层间植物;群落乔木层、灌木层和草本层的物种多样性大小依次为灌木层>草本层>乔木层.根据陕西紫茎的观赏特性和生态习性,提出河南省营造陕西紫茎风景林的群落配置方式.

    • 摘要: [目的]通过采用实验手段人为调控森林样地凋落物量,改变土壤碳输入,以探究土壤酶活性与碳源输入之间的关系.[方法]以河南宝天曼自然保护区内不同年龄序列(林龄大约为40 a、80 a和大于160 a)的锐齿栎天然林为研究对象,在样地内进行对照(CK)、凋落物加倍(LA)、凋落物去除(LR)3种处理,分别测定了土壤理化性状、微生物生物量、并且采用底物诱导法对氧化酶(酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶)和水解酶(β-葡萄糖苷酶和N-乙酰-β葡萄糖苷酶)的活性进行测定.[结果]林龄仅对N-乙酰-β葡萄糖苷酶有显著影响,其酶活性随着林龄的增加而降低.碳输入的改变对氧化酶无显著差异,但β-葡萄糖苷酶活性随凋落物量的增加而提高,呈现加倍>对照>去凋的趋势.微生物碳氮比(表征微生物结构)变化规律与专一酶活性(微生物功能)变化规律之间无严格对应关系.[结论]碳输入量的改变可以通过影响土壤环境因子和养分输入,从而对土壤酶活性产生影响,但对不同酶活性的影响程度不同,同时林分年龄也是影响土壤酶活性的一个重要指标.

    • 摘要: The diversity of moss on different substrates were studied by important value,species diversity index and similarity index in Baotianman,Henan.The results showed this region boasted a rich bryophyte flora which yielded 98 species belonging to 29 families and 57 genera,Herpetineuron toccoae as the dominant species,and there were 77 species growing on rock with the largest number;The diversity index decreased in turn by hosting rock,soil and trunk;The similarity index of soil and rock was the 0.722 largest of all indexes;The mat was a dominant life forms of bryophytes,which reflected good water conditions.Thus,there existed certain differences for bryophytes to adapt to different substrates,and habitat diversity was beneficial for the diversity of bryophytes.%基于宝天曼暖温带-北亚热带落叶阔叶林1.hm2样地,通过重要值、多样性指数和相似性指数等指标对样地内不同附生基质上苔藓多样性进行研究.结果表明,样地内苔藓植物共有29科57属98种,羊角藓为优势种.样地内石生苔藓物种数最多,共有77种;石生苔藓、土生苔藓和树附生苔藓的多样性指数依次减小.石生苔藓与土生苔藓的相似性系数最大,为0.722,而土生与腐木生苔藓物种相似性最低,为0.523.苔藓生活型以耐旱能力最弱的平铺型为主,反映出样地内水分状况良好,但在不同生长基质中苔藓生活型的比例存在差异.由此可见,不同苔藓对不同生长基质的适应存在一定差异,生境的多样性有助于提高苔藓的多样性.

    • 摘要: Using Levins' niche breadth,Whittaker's niche similarity and Pianka's niche overlap,13 tree species in Stewartia shensiensis Chang community were surveyed and estimated.The results showed that:the niche breadth of the main dominant populations in Stewartia shensiensis Chang community was large.The niche breadth of Stewartia shensiensis Chang and co-dominant species Carpinus cordata Bl,Acer tegmentosum Maxim and Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata Maxim were 1.730 1,1.760 6,1.780 8 and 1.734 9,respectively.The Stewartia shensiensis Chang had a higher niche similarity with its co-dominant species.There is no significant correlation between niche breadth and niche similarity.The species with broad niche breadth had a larger niche overlap with other species due to its strong resource utilization ability,wide distribution and more competitive.Mmeanwhile,the species with narrow niche breadth could be difficult to coexistence with other populations due to its weak resource utilization ability,narrow distribution and weak competitive.The niche overlap was not necessarily high among populations with large niche breadth.According to niche overlap,the competition between Stewartia shensiensis Chang and understory species was greater than that between co-dominant story species.%利用Levins生态位宽度、Whittaker生态位相似度和Pianka生态位重叠等公式测算了宝天曼陕西紫茎群落13种主要乔木树种的生态位宽度、生态位相似性和生态位重叠.结果表明,陕西紫茎群落中主要优势种群的生态位宽度较大,陕西紫茎与其共优种青楷槭、千金榆、锐齿栎的生态位宽度分别是1.730 1、1.7606、1.780 8、1.734 9,且与共优种的生态位相似性较高,生态位宽度与生态位相似性之间无明显的关联性;生态位宽度较大的物种因其对资源的利用能力较强、分布较广、有较大竞争力而与其他种群间的生态位重叠较大,生态位宽度较小的物种由于对资源的利用能力较弱、分布不够广泛、竞争力弱而有可能导致与其他种群难以共存,具有较大生态位宽度的种群之间的生态位重叠并不一定较高.从陕西紫茎群落生态位重叠值来看,陕西紫茎与林下层种群的竞争要大于其对共优层种群的竞争.

    • 摘要: 为了了解河南宝天曼自然保护区油松-锐齿槲栎混交林土壤养分状况,对宝天曼自然保护区内一块1 hm2油松-锐齿槲栎混交林样地进行调查.在样地内分层采取土壤样品,测定土壤中的速效磷、速效钾和有机质.结果表明:研究区土壤中速效钾、速效磷、有机质含量分别为113.8 ~ 204.42 mg/kg、13.58 ~ 21.03 mg/kg、73.95~153.98 g/kg,土壤养分总体上比较充足;对实验数据运用单因素方差分析,并利用多重比较结果显示,有机质、速效磷和速效钾在不同土层中的含量有明显差异,具有表聚性;空间变异系数分析表明,3项养分指标均表现为中等变异;样地内土壤速效钾和有机质相关性不明显,速效磷和速效钾呈正相关,但显著性不高,速效磷含量和有机质含量呈显著正相关.通过对宝天曼自然保护区油松-锐齿槲栎林土壤有机质、速效磷、速效钾的分布特征进行分析,能够为整个保护区森林生态系统的研究及群落演替和林分的改造与管理提供一定的科学依据.%In order to understand the soil nutrient status of Pinus tabulaeformis-Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest in Henan Baotianman Nature Reserve,in this paper,a 1 hm2 Pinus tabulaeformis-Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest was investigated in Baotianman Nature Reserve.Soil samples were taken stratified in the plot to determine the available P,available K and organic matter in the soil.The results showed that:(1)The contert of available K,available P and organic matter in the study area were about 113.8-204.42 mg/kg,13.58-21.03 mg/kg,73.95-153.98 g/kg,and the soil nutrients were relatively abundant.(2)The single factor analysis of variance was used to analyze the experimental data.The results of multiple comparisons showed that the contents of organic matter,available P and available K were significandy different in the different soil layers with table poly.(3)The spatial variance coefficient analysis showed that the three nutrient indexes showed the moderate variation.(4)The correlation between soil available K and organic matter was not significant,available P and available K were positively correlated,but the significance was not high.There was a significant positive correlation between available P and organic matter.Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of soil organic matter,available P and available K in Pinus tabulaeformisQuercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest in Baotianman Nature Reserve,it is possible to provide a scientific basis for studing the forest ecosystem in the whole protected area,the transformation and management of forest succession.
