宝天曼油松-锐齿槲栎混交林土壤养分研究

     

摘要

为了了解河南宝天曼自然保护区油松-锐齿槲栎混交林土壤养分状况,对宝天曼自然保护区内一块1 hm2油松-锐齿槲栎混交林样地进行调查.在样地内分层采取土壤样品,测定土壤中的速效磷、速效钾和有机质.结果表明:研究区土壤中速效钾、速效磷、有机质含量分别为113.8 ~ 204.42 mg/kg、13.58 ~ 21.03 mg/kg、73.95~153.98 g/kg,土壤养分总体上比较充足;对实验数据运用单因素方差分析,并利用多重比较结果显示,有机质、速效磷和速效钾在不同土层中的含量有明显差异,具有表聚性;空间变异系数分析表明,3项养分指标均表现为中等变异;样地内土壤速效钾和有机质相关性不明显,速效磷和速效钾呈正相关,但显著性不高,速效磷含量和有机质含量呈显著正相关.通过对宝天曼自然保护区油松-锐齿槲栎林土壤有机质、速效磷、速效钾的分布特征进行分析,能够为整个保护区森林生态系统的研究及群落演替和林分的改造与管理提供一定的科学依据.%In order to understand the soil nutrient status of Pinus tabulaeformis-Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest in Henan Baotianman Nature Reserve,in this paper,a 1 hm2 Pinus tabulaeformis-Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest was investigated in Baotianman Nature Reserve.Soil samples were taken stratified in the plot to determine the available P,available K and organic matter in the soil.The results showed that:(1)The contert of available K,available P and organic matter in the study area were about 113.8-204.42 mg/kg,13.58-21.03 mg/kg,73.95-153.98 g/kg,and the soil nutrients were relatively abundant.(2)The single factor analysis of variance was used to analyze the experimental data.The results of multiple comparisons showed that the contents of organic matter,available P and available K were significandy different in the different soil layers with table poly.(3)The spatial variance coefficient analysis showed that the three nutrient indexes showed the moderate variation.(4)The correlation between soil available K and organic matter was not significant,available P and available K were positively correlated,but the significance was not high.There was a significant positive correlation between available P and organic matter.Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of soil organic matter,available P and available K in Pinus tabulaeformisQuercus aliena var.acuteserrata mixed forest in Baotianman Nature Reserve,it is possible to provide a scientific basis for studing the forest ecosystem in the whole protected area,the transformation and management of forest succession.
