    • 摘要: 利用现有的设施,在相同的条件下,纺制50/50Tencel/超细涤纶16s(36.8tex) Sirofil纱、纯粘胶纱和纯涤纶纱的性能进行测试,并对这三种纱线的条干不匀率、毛羽指数、粗细节和棉结、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、纱线质量指数进行对比分析。通过实验证明:Sirofil纱在条干不匀率、毛羽指数、粗细节和棉结、断裂强力、断裂伸长率等方面要优于纯粘胶纱和纯涤纶纱。为进一步开发Sirofil织物提供基础。%By using existing conditions , in the same conditions , the performance of spinning 16 S ( 36 . 8tex) Sirofil yarn, pure viscose yarn and pure polyester yarn of polyester was compared and some critical indicators of these three yarns were analyzed .The experiment result showed that Sirofil yarn was superior to the other two yarns in breaking force , breaking extension , the section of thickness and thinness , the cotton form, evenness and imperfection , hairness index and so on , which provided basis for further development of Sirofil fabric .

    • 摘要: With its cellulose fiber TENCEL Lenzing has responded to the modern-day trend towards high quality wipes and care wipes.TENCEL is offered as a'short-cut fiber' for the special 'flushable' application,and features a length of only a few millimeters.The biodegradable fiber boasts outstanding tenacity and is 'flushable' thanks to the short cut.For this reasons wipes made of TENCEL can be easily disposed of with the wastewater.Convenience and sustainability are not a contradiction with TENCEL The market for wipes will grow by 6.5%per year.In an increasing number of households one can find practical wipes for hygiene and care applications and the trend is on the rise.Many wipes are disposed of in the toilet whether they are'flushable'or not which leads to problems with blockages in public

    • 摘要: Production technology measures of Tencel cotton blended yarn interweave elastic fabric were discussed. Tencel/cotton 70/30 14. 7 tex x2 was selected as warp,9. 8 tex×2(44.4 dtex)combed cotton spandex covered yarn and 167 dtex(44.4 dtex)modified polyester filament spandex covered yarn were selected as weft,the fabric was interwoven. In winding process,processing principle of less tension and elongation,lower speed,keeping elasticity and reducing abrasion was used to ensure loom efficiency. In warping process, tensions of single yarn and piece yam were controlled strictly to ensure smooth yarn path. In sizing process, processing principle of less tension and elongation, concentrating on soaking and covering was adopted,size mixture with higher concentration and lower viscosity was used. In weaving process, warp tension was controlled well and weft-inserting parameter was selected rationally. Through optimizing processing, loom efficiency can be reached above 92% , storage rate of first-class product can be reached above 95% ,production demand can be reached.%探讨Tencel棉混纺纱交织弹力织物的生产技术措施.以Tencel/棉70/3014.7 tex×2为经纱、9.8 tex×2(44.4 dtex)精梳棉氨纶包覆纱和167 dtex (44.4 dtex)改性涤纶长丝氨纶包覆纱为纬纱进行交织,络筒遵循“轻张力、低速度、低伸长、保弹性、减磨损”的工艺原则,保证好轴率;整经严格控制单纱与片纱张力,保证各纱线通道光滑;浆纱采用“小张力、低伸长、渗透与被覆兼顾”的工艺原则,选择高浓低黏类浆料;织造控制好经纱张力,合理配置引纬工艺参数.通过工艺优化,织机效率达到92%以上,产品入库一等品率达到95%以上,满足了生产要求.

    • 摘要: Spinning effect of superfine Tencel fiber was discussed. Effect of Tencel fiber fineness and length on yarn quality was analyses. Measures of reducing neps and increasing yarn strength were put forward. The practice shows that in condition of larger moisture regain, metallic card clothing with smaller working angle should be selected for superfine fiber, neps can be reduced greatly and semi-product quality can be improved. Tensions should be controlled well in spinning process according to characteristics of superfine Tencel smaller cohesion force. It is considered that yarn quality spun by 0. 9 dtexx34 mm Tencel fiber is better obviously than that of the yarn spun by 1.4 dtexx38 mm Tencel fiber, the finer fiber is much more suitable to spin high-grade and light fabrics.%探讨细特Tencel纤维的纺纱效果.分析了Tencel纤维细度和长度对纱线质量的影响,提出了降低棉结和提高纱线强力的工艺措施.生产实践表明,在较大回潮时,细特纤维选择纯棉类小工作角金属针布,可以大幅度减少棉结,提高半成品质量;针对细特Tencel纤维抱合力小的特性,纺纱时一定要控制好各部张力.认为,规格为0.9 dtex ×34 mm的Tencel纤维的成纱质量明显优于规格为1.4 dtex ×38 mm的Tencel纤维,适用于特细号纱线及高档轻薄面料的开发.
