摘要:Through 20 years of development, our frozen food industry has initially formed production andmarketing system which takes rice and flour as the principle food and meat, fruit, vegetable and traditionalfamous food as subsidiary food. Though recently it is still in development period, there are some problemsin the whole industry, such as few enterprises of scale, few product varieties, little exquisite packaging, littlethird-part logistics, low automation degree, little qualified workers, low production output and low economies of scale. As our country places a lot of value on food safety and the consumers have high demand forquality and nutrition of food, there will be more strict production standard in the production of our frozenfood, higher degree of automation in frozen equipment, more standardized product chain, higher degree ofconcentration of enterprise brand, wider range of production marketing and more secure food for consumers.
