Research on the Constitution of Enterprise Technology Integration Capability from the Process Perspective

With the increasing complexity of the economics environment and upgrading of product structure, research and development on new technology must match to real operating environment of enterprise.Only effective technology integration could help enterprise realize the better independent innovation. Basedon the concept definition of technology integration capability, the paper proposes key elements of technology integration capability contains product architecture competence, technology selection capability, technology absorptive capacity and technology reconfiguration capability from technology integration processmode. Through analysis deeply, it summarizes the general characteristics of technology integration capability.
