PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously, stably and uniformly conduct a coating work of an adhesive in a method for manufacturing a double cup obtained by fitting a paper outside cylinder having a curved portion at its lower part to an outside of a cylinder part of a paper cup body and integrally adhering the outside cylinder to the outside of the cylinder part. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a double cup 1 comprising the steps of coating a lower end outer periphery 12a of a cylinder part of a paper cup body 10 with an adhesive, fitting a paper outside cylinder 20 having a curved portion 22 to its lower portion with a cylinder part outside, and integrally adhering a lower part 20a of the portion 22 to a lower end of the cylinder part of the body; as a coating means of the adhesive, an annular adhesive impregnated material impregnated with the adhesive is brought into contact with an outer periphery of the lower end of the cylinder part of the body 10.
