摘要

As Human Resource Management (HRM) activities could add value through helping the companyachieve its strategic goals, it has played an important role in organisational development. Since People'sRepublic of China is an example of a developing country, this report focuses on examining the distinguishingfeatures of "HRM" in China, and how appropriate are Western-style HRM practices in this emerging country.
