    • 摘要: A LES model is proposed to predict the dispersion of particles in the atmosphere in the context of Chemical,Biological,Radiological and Nuclear(CBRN)applications.The code relies on the Finite Element Method(FEM)for both the fluid and the dispersed solid phases.Starting from the Navier-Stokes equations and a general description of the FEM strategy,the Streamline Upwind Petrov-Galerkin(SUPG)method is formulated putting some emphasis on the related assembly matrix and stabilization coefficients.Then,the Variational Multiscale Method(VMS)is presented together with a detailed illustration of its algorithm and hierarchy of computational steps.It is demonstrated that the VMS can be considered as a more general version of the SUPG method.The final part of the work is used to assess the reliability of the implemented predictor/multicorrector solution strategy.

    • 摘要: The liner of a CNG pressure vessel is manufactured by a DDI(deep drawing and ironing)process for the cylinder part,which is a continuous process that includes a drawing process to reduce the diameter of the billet and a subsequent ironing process to reduce the thickness of the billet.A tractrix die used in the 1^(st) deep drawing allows the blank to flow smoothly by decreasing the punch load and radial tensile stress occurring in the workpiece.It also increases the draw ratio compared to conventional dies,but it causes forming defects.In this study,a shape coefficient(S_(c))is proposed for the tractrix die using the blank diameter(D_(0)),inflow diameter of the workpiece(d_(i)),and inflow angle of the workpiece(θ)for design of the tractrix die.The effects of the thickness and inflow angle of the workpiece on wrinkling and folding were investigated through FEA.Also,a discriminant is proposed for the relative radial stress(σ)generated during the deep drawing process using the tractirx die and used to predict fracture.Based on the results,the blank thickness,the draw ratio,and the inflow of the workpiece angle in the 1^(st) deep drawing process are suggested,and the number of operations in the DDI process was reduced from 6 to 4.This improves the productivity and reduces the manufacturing cost.

    • 摘要: 文章基于C-D函数认为新型城镇化发展通过资本投入、劳动力转移、创新效应影响经济增长。构建主效应模型和包含交互项的模型,基于2010-2019年我国30个省份的面板数据,采用混合OLS和FEM方法检验新型城镇化发展的经济增长效应。结果表明:总体上,资本投入强化了新型城镇化发展的经济增长效应,劳动力转移的边际作用正在减弱,创新效应尚未显现;分区域看,资本投入对促进东、中、西部地区经济增长作用显著,劳动力转移有利于促进中西部地区经济增长。

    • 摘要: The free vibration analysis of simply supported box-girder bridges is carried out using the finite element method.The fundamental frequency is determined in straight,skew,curved and skew-curved box-girder bridges.It is important to analyse the combined effect of skewness and curvature because skew-curved box-girder bridge behaviour cannot be predicted by simply adding the individual effects of skewness and curvature.At first,an existing model is considered to validate the present approach.A convergence study is carried out to decide the mesh size in the finite element method.An exhaustive parametric study is conducted to determine the fundamental frequency of box-girder bridges with varying skew angle,curve angle,span,span-depth ratio and cell number.The skew angle is varied from 0°to 60°,curve angle is varied from 0°to 60°,span is changed from 25 to 50 m,span-depth ratio is varied from 10 to 16,and single cell&double cell are used in the present study.A total of 420 bridge models are used for parametric study in the investigation.Mode shapes of the skew-curved bridge are also presented.The fundamental frequency of the skew-curved box-girder bridge is found to be more than the straight bridge,so,the skew-curved box-girder bridge is preferable.The present study may be useful in the design of box-girder bridges.

    • 摘要: 针对高速冲击下钢索波动行为问题,分别采用人工黏性与镜像粒子法相结合的SPH算法和FEM对冲击过程进行数值模拟,得到了高速冲击下钢索应力波的传播规律。结果对比可知:钢索中心处产生形变时粒子相互挤压,内外两侧部分粒子产生反应力;外侧产生断裂时,波峰处粒子产生相切于应力传递方向较大主应力,且中心带粒子呈圆弧状分布;内侧未断裂时,部分粒子产生绝对值较大的反应力;完全断裂后,中心处粒子主应力方向指向冲击方向;冲击应力随着冲击角度的增大而减小,随着摩擦因数的增大而增大。通过理论验证了仿真模型的准确性,具有重要的工程借鉴价值。两种算法的系统总能量损耗相似,但采用SPH算法对进行数值模拟计算的精度更高,效率更高,表明了SPH算法的优越性。

    • 摘要: 空间定位、多工种非同期多关系预演及多尺度下的强度与刚度控制是大倾角高塔柱施工的关键难题。有限元方法(FEM)是一种求解连续场问题的数值方法,而建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是以工程各项相关信息数据为基础建立的动态信息库及其展示。基于两者,介绍了一种用于解决大倾角高塔柱建造的BIM+FEM联合智能建造技术,其通过建立全域施工阶段模型并进行分析,将分析结果输入BIM模型数据库,能够有效地解决塔柱模板系统架设和运行困难、线性与变形控制困难等问题,从而保证了桥塔施工过程安全可靠,提高了施工质量与效率。

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种弹性阶段的改进半刚接节点刚度有限元计算方法;提出实体有限元节点分析时网格大小按照1t~6t划分计算较为准确;采用SAP有限元计算软件对改进FEM半刚接节点刚度计算方法进行验证。采用此计算方法对矩形管的8种典型节点转动刚度进行计算分析和比较,结果表明:随着杆件长度的增加,杆件的刚度降低而节点自身的刚度变化不大,故节点相对刚度会随杆件长度的增大而增大;不等高围焊增加竖向外加劲的节点刚度及相对刚度最大,可视为刚接;相同跨度受均布荷载时,等高围焊节点的应力最小且均匀,可以更好的传力;不等高截面围焊根据高差不同,节点刚度差异较大;不等高双侧高差>2t围焊时节点刚度及相对刚度接近铰接;不等高双侧高差≤2t围焊时刚度接近刚接。

    • 摘要: Enzymatic synthesis of ethyl hexanoate from hexanoic acid and ethanol in a solvent-free system, carried out at optimum conditions, has been modeled. The process follows a Ping-Pong Bi-Bi reaction rate and it is endothermic, so microwave heating is provided to prevent its shutdown. The mathematical model has been numerically solved with the FEM method. Results show that microwave heating can be successfully used to carry out this kind of reaction.
