    • 摘要: 试验旨在探讨在饲料中加入海藻粉和干蚯蚓对淘汰蛋鸡蛋品质、肉品质以及肠道菌群结构的影响。通过改变淘汰蛋鸡的饲料结构,以提高养殖户的经济收益。试验选取540只已淘汰芦花鸡,分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。第1~3组为笼养,4~6组为林地散养;第1组为对照组,提供基础日粮、充足饮水;第2、3组为试验组,饲料中分别添加5%干蚯蚓和5%海藻粉,充足饮水;第4、5、6组所提供日粮分别与1、2、3组日粮相同。试验结果表明:日粮中添加5%干蚯蚓,在笼养条件下,蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色和滴水损失分别显著提高了10.9%、4.59%和13.19%(P<0.05),在散养条件下分别显著提高了11.75%、5.97%和17.04%(P<0.05);添加5%海藻粉,在笼养条件下,蛋白高度、哈氏单位、滴水损失和肠道内乳酸菌含量分别显著提高了4.96%、4.29%、14.58%和4.84%(P<0.05);散养条件下分别显著提高了4.19%、3.46%、15.56%和2.26%(P<0.05)。林地散养相比笼养,蛋白高度、哈氏单位、肉色L*、肉色b*、滴水损失和肠道内乳酸菌含量均显著提升。

    • 摘要: 以牡丹籽油、海藻粉、全麦粉、白砂糖为主料,采用冷粉面团制作工艺,分析各主原料添加量对牡丹籽油海藻全麦饼干品质的影响,最终确定牡丹全麦海藻饼干的最佳制作配方为:低筋面190 g、全麦粉20 g、海藻粉12 g、牡丹籽油45 g、白砂糖50 g、人造黄油55 g、小苏打0.6 g、鸡蛋50 g、食盐2 g、全脂奶粉5 g、纯净水20 g,焙烤时间13 min,焙烤温度140/130°C.在该条件下,制备的饼干组织细腻、结构均匀,外形稳定,口感酥脆爽口,有淡淡牡丹籽油的清香味.

    • 摘要: 为探讨海藻粉和蒲公英粉及其协同对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能和蛋品质的影响,本试验采用4×2(海藻粉×蒲公英粉)完全随机试验设计,选取健康且体重相近的45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡l 600只,随机分成8组,每组200只,各组设置5个重复,每40只为1个重复.海藻粉分别按0、1.0%、3.0%和5.0%,蒲公英粉按2.0%和4.0%分别添加到日粮中,预饲期7d,正试期35 d.结果 表明:海藻粉、蒲公英粉单独添加,海藻粉和蒲公英粉协同效应均能提高产蛋率、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度、新城疫抗体效价、粒细胞数量(P<0.05),降低料蛋比(P<0.05).结果 表明,海藻粉和蒲公英粉对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能和蛋品质的影响存在协同效应,其中以5.0%海藻粉+2.0%蒲公英粉的效果最佳.

    • 摘要: 以猪肉蛋白为对象,通过单因素试验,研究氯化钠添加量、海藻粉添加量、加热温度、加热时间对猪肉蛋白热诱导凝胶性质的影响,并以凝胶的白度、强度、持水性三个方面作为评价标准.设计正交试验,研究海藻粉添加量、加热时间、加热温度3个因素凝胶的最佳条件.结果表明,当海藻粉添加量4%,加热温度70°C,加热时间30 min时,猪肉低钠热凝胶效果最佳.此条件下的凝胶外表完整呈块状,色泽自然白色略微偏灰,边缘分明且表层无塌陷,轻轻按压没有破裂,具有良好的弹性,持水性较高,为81.3%.

    • 摘要: 本研究通过分析刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)幼参[(10.02±0.03)g]生长性能、体组成、肠道消化酶活性及非特异性免疫性能的变化,评价鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)、铜藻(Sargassaum horneri)、海带(Saccharina japonica)、海带渣、石莼(Ulva lactuca L.)及混合藻粉在刺参幼参养殖中的应用效果,在室内循环水系统中进行了为期56 d的养殖实验.结果 显示,1)鼠尾藻和混合藻粉组刺参的增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)极显著高于其他各藻粉组(P<0.01),海带渣组刺参的WGR和SGR最低,肠体比(IBR)和脏体比(VBR)均显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),藻粉对刺参存活率(SR)影响不显著(P>0.05);2)不同藻粉对刺参体壁水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪影响不显著(P>0.05);3)鼠尾藻和混合藻粉组肠道胰蛋白酶活性极显著高于海带、海带渣和石莼组,海带渣组最低(P<0.01);藻粉对α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05),但对刺参粪便的酸不溶性灰分具有极显著影响(P<0.01);4)鼠尾藻组和混合藻粉组刺参肠道超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01),海带渣组丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01).研究表明,在本实验条件下,综合考虑刺参的生长性能及非特异性免疫性能,添加任一海藻均未达到替代鼠尾藻的饲喂效果,但多种海藻混合添加,其生长性能及非特异性免疫性能与单独添加鼠尾藻效果一致.

    • 摘要: 为探讨海藻粉和抗菌肽不同添加水平对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和肠道菌群的影响。选取1日龄体重相近的AA肉鸡504羽,随机分为7个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复12羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加不同水平(1.0%、3.0%、5.0%)的海藻粉和抗菌肽(300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg)。试验分前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~42 d)共42 d。结果表明:(1)添加不同水平的海藻粉对前期、后期和全期肉鸡的料重比有显著影响(P<0.05);对21日龄肉鸡的脾脏指数和胸腺指数及对42日龄肉鸡的法氏囊指数差异显著(P<0.05);降低了21日龄和42日龄肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),增加了盲肠乳酸菌的数量(P<0.05)。(2)添加不同水平的抗菌肽对后期和全期肉鸡的料重比有显著差异(P<0.05);对21日龄肉鸡的脾脏指数和胸腺指数及对42日龄肉鸡的法氏囊指数差异显著(P<0.05);降低了21日龄和42日龄肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),增加了盲肠乳酸菌的数量(P<0.05)。(3)海藻粉和抗菌肽交互作用对前期、后期和全期肉鸡的料重比有明显影响(P<0.05);对21日龄肉鸡的脾脏指数和胸腺指数及对42日龄肉鸡的法氏囊指数差异显著(P<0.05);降低了21日龄和42日龄肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),增加了盲肠乳酸菌的数量(P<0.05)。本研究得出以下结论,海藻粉和抗菌肽能促进肉鸡生长,提高肉鸡免疫器官指数和改善肠道菌群,且二者间存在协同效应,添加5%的海藻粉和300 mg/kg抗菌肽综合效果最佳。%The aim of this study was to explore different levels of dietary seaweed powder and antibacterial peptides on growth performance,immune organs index and intestinal microflora of broilers.A total of 504 AA chickens with similar weight were randomly divided into 7 groups,with 6 replicates of 12 chicks in each replicate.Control group was fed with basal diet,experimental groups were added different dietary levels of seaweed powder(1 .0%,3 .0%,5 .0%)and anti-bacterial peptides (300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg).The experiment lasted for forty-two days which was divided into earlier stage(1 ~21 d)and later stage(22~42 d).Results indicated:(1)The supplementation of dietary seaweed powder hadsignificant effects on feed gain ratio in early,late and the whole period (P<0.05);Spleen index and thymus at 21 days of age and bursal index at 42 days of age had significant effect (P<0.05);E.coli and Lactobacillus in cecum of broiler had significant differences at 21 days of age and 42 days of age(P<0.05).(2)The supplementation of dietary antibac-terial peptides had significant effects on feed gain ratio in the late and the whole period (P<0.05 );Spleen index and thymus at 21 days of age and bursal index at 42 days of age had significant effect (P<0.05);E.coli and Lactobacillus in cecum of broiler had significant differences at 21 days of age and 42 days of age(P<0.05).(3)Interaction between seaweed powder and antibacterial peptides had significant effects on feed gain ratio in early,late and the whole period (P<0.05);Spleen index and thymus at 21 days of age and bursal index at 42 days of age had significant effect (P<0. 05);E.coli and Lactobacillus in cecum of broiler had significant differences at 21 days of age and 42 days of age(P<0.05 ).It was concluded that seaweed powder and antibacterial peptides interaction had a significant effect on the growth,immune organs index and intestinal microflora of broiler.The suitable level of dietary is 5% seaweed powder and 300mg/kg antibacterial peptides respectively during the whole period.

    • 摘要: Objective:To study influence of seaweed powder on egg hatch of Hyline Brown Layer.Method:600 Hyline Brown breeding eggs were chose to hatch under the condition of the same breeding.Each group has 150.I group was control group.II,III,IV group were experimental groups,which were added (1%,3%,5%)seaweed powder.Re-sult:The results showed that adding appropriate amount of seaweed powder in feed can significantly improve the egg hatching rate and healthy hatching rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The above results showed that adding seaweed powder in feed can improve the egg hatching rate and healthy hatching rate,and hatching effect was the best when adding 5%seaweed powder(P<0.05).%目的:研究日粮中添加不同比例的海藻粉对种蛋孵化的影响。方法:在相同饲养条件下,随机抽取600枚种蛋进行孵化实验,每组150枚。其中Ⅰ组为对照组的种蛋,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别添加不同水平(1%、3%、5%)的海藻粉的种蛋。结果:结果表明:饲料中添加适量海藻粉可以显著提高种蛋的孵化率和健雏率(P<0.05)。结论:以上结果说明,饲料中添加海藻粉可提高种蛋的孵化率和健雏率,且添加5.0%海藻粉孵化效果最佳。

    • 摘要: Amount of mushroom-seaweed powder ,ratio of mushroom to seaweed and amount of water were evaluated by single-factor test and orthogonal test according to the taste ,preference ,hardness ,springi-ness and chewiness .The result showed that hardness and chewiness of mushroom-seaweed meatball were divided into three classes according to cluster analysis method :first level for hardness was between 400g and 550g ;second level was over 550g ;third level was less than 400g ;first level for chewiness was between 450g and 550g ;second level was over 550g ;third level was less than 450g .The optimum formula was as follows :the amount of mushroom-seaweed powder of 6% ,the mushroom-seaweed ratio of 2∶1 ,the a-mount of water of 70% .%本文以香菇海藻粉添加量、两者配比、加水量为试验因素,以肉丸口感、喜好性、硬度、弹性、咀嚼性为参考指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定了香菇海藻肉丸的最佳配方工艺。结果表明:聚类分析确定香菇海藻肉丸硬度适宜等级为:一级,400~550g ;二级,>550g ;三级,≤400g ;咀嚼性适宜等级为:一级,450~550g ;二级,>550g ;三级,≤450g。香菇海藻肉丸最佳配方为香菇海藻粉添加量为6%,香菇粉:海藻粉为2∶1,加水量为70%。

    • 摘要: A 4 ×2(seaweed powder ×antibacterial peptides)random experiment was designed to investigate the effect of different dietary levels of seaweed powder(0.0%,1.0%,3.0%,5.0%)and antibacterial peptides (300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg )on laying performance of Hyline Brown layer at 24~27 week-old and 28~3 1 week-old.Results indicated:(1)The supplementation of dietary seaweed powder significantly increased laying rate and ratio of feed to egg(P<0. 05).(2)The supplementation of dietary antibacterial peptides significantly increased laying rate at 28 ~31 week-old. (P<0.05).(3)Interaction between seaweed powder and antibacterial peptides significantly increased laying rate and ratio of feed to egg (P<0.05).It is concluded that seaweed powder and antibacterial peptides interaction had a signifi-cant effect on the laying performance in Hyline Brown layer.The suitable level of dietary is 5% seaweed powder and 300 mg/kg antibacterial peptides respectively in the whole period.%采用4×2(海藻粉×抗菌肽)完全随机试验设计,研究日粮添加不同水平的海藻粉(0.0%、1.0%、3.0%、5.0%)和抗菌肽(300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg)对蛋鸡不同产蛋期(24~27周龄和28~31周龄)产蛋性能的影响。结果表明:(1)日粮海藻粉的添加水平显著提高了产蛋率和料蛋比(P<0.05)。(2)抗菌肽添加水平在28~31周龄显著提高了产蛋率(P<0.05)。(3)海藻粉和抗菌肽互作效应显著提高了产蛋率和料蛋比(P<0.05)。结果提示,海藻粉和抗菌肽对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响存在互作效应,以海藻粉5%、抗菌肽300 mg/kg水平组合最为理想。

    • 摘要: 本试验旨在探讨海藻粉和抗菌肽及其协同效应对蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质的影响.采用4×2(海藻粉×抗菌肽预混剂)完全随机试验设计,将480只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为8个组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只.饲粮海藻粉的添加水平分别为0、1.0%、3.0%、5.0%,抗菌肽预混剂的添加水平分别为300、600 mg/kg.预试期7d,正试期28 d.结果表明:1)饲粮添加海藻粉显著提高了产蛋率、蛋料比、蛋黄颜色和蛋壳强度(P<0.05).2)饲粮添加抗菌肽显著提高了产蛋率和蛋壳强度(P<0.05).3)海藻粉和抗菌肽协同效应显著提高了产蛋率、蛋料比、蛋黄颜色和蛋壳强度(P<0.05).由此可见,海藻粉和抗菌肽对蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质的影响存在协同效应,以5%海藻粉+300 mg/kg抗菌肽最为理想.
