    • 摘要: 本文首先介绍了CATIA软件在船体设计初次使用的概况,特别是CATIA在某型重吊船船体加工模块的设计应用测试与验证中,梳理并形成了一套初始完整的CATIA生成制造工艺的具体流程。同时通过在设计过程中的不断探索与验证,基本掌握了CATIA系统各个工艺设计阶段的设计思路及应用方法。根据CATIA系统在设计阶段存在的一些问题并有针对这些问题进行剖析并采取可行性解决方案,最终首次实现了对该模块的实际应用,其非常具有创新价值及意义。

    • 摘要: 目前我们处在一个视频大爆炸时代,各种新兴视频技术如雨后春笋般出现,形成多种视频接口标准共存的局面,因此视频接口的兼容性成为一个突出问题.本文提出一种基于STM32,结合高速视频处理芯片对HDMI接口的4K视频流实时转LVDS接口的方案,并选用不同格式的码流进行测试验证.经过测试,该方案能实现音视频数据流的分离输出,同时支持音视频参数变换,达到预期设计要求,为超高清数字电视的推广推波助澜.

    • 摘要: 针对目前多数基于SFP光纤接口的高速传感器存储测试设备无法与频谱分析仪直接通信的现状,设计了一种基于FP GA的LVDS-光纤接口转换器.通过FP GA编程实现LVDS接口数据包和光纤接口数据包编码转换,利用DDR3对数据进行乒乓操作达到高速缓存目的,实现了频谱分析仪与高速存储测试设备间双工通信.经长时间实际测试没有出现误码,表明该转换器设计合理高效.%In view of the fact that most of the high-speed storage testing devices on sensors based on the SFP optical fiber in-terface can't communicate directly with the spectrum analyzer at present,a kind of LVDS-fiber interface converter based on FPGA was designed.The packet encoding conversion between LVDS interface and optical interface was realized by FPGA programming, and the data was Ping-Ponged by DDR3 to achieve the purpose of caching,which realized the duplex communication between the spectrum analyzer and the high-speed memory test equipment.After a long time test,there is not error code,indicating that the converter design reasonable and efficient.At present.

    • 摘要: 遥测实时监控是保障试飞安全、提高试飞效率的重要手段;针对舰上特殊的试飞环境限制,现有遥测系统不能适应其任务需求,为完成某型号飞机舰上试飞任务,需要对现有遥测接收系统进行改进,以应对特殊试飞科目下对遥测信号的需求;采用跟踪接收机模块,并开发相应的解调模块,对系统设备进行远程控制解决了远距离数据传输的信号衰减问题;对遥测系统的自动温度控制大大提高了系统设备的环境适应性;通过接口转换实现模拟图像的网络输出、接收机模块和天线的网络串口转换,简化了信号接口类型,降低了信号传输的难度;从而实现小型化的舰基遥测综合解调控制系统设计.%Telemetry real-time monitoring is an important means to ensure the safety of flight test and improve flight efficiency.For the task requirements of flight test on the ship,the existing telemetry system can not meet the mission requirements.In order to complete the flight test mission of a certain type of aircraft,it is necessary to improve the existing telemetry receiving system to meet the demand of telemetry signals under special test subjects.By using the tracking receiver module,and the development of the corresponding demodulation module,the remote control of the system equipment solves the long-distance data transmission signal attenuation problem;the automatic temperature control of telemetry system greatly improves environmental adaptability of the system equipment,;Interface conversion makes it come true that analog image transforms the network output,receiver module and antenna network convert serial data flow,simplifying the signal interface type and reducing the difficulty of signal transmission;achieving design of miniaturized ship-based telemetry integrated demodulation control system.

    • 摘要: A UART server is designed based on Linux to solve the problems about transmission distance and number of host computer's serial ports.The server is in the Client/Server mode and transmits UART data stream by Ethernet.With TCP/IP of embedded Linux and the UART interface convertor, the UART server is used to receive and transmit data in a non-blocking way and check the disconnection with the heartbeat function of keepalive.Simulation and hardware test results indicate that the server can operate stably and mount a number of UART devices.The UART server has been used in the debugging of embedded software, and is capable of adding more types of interface.%为解决串口通信距离和上位机接口数量有限的问题,设计了一种基于Linux系统的串口服务器.服务器属于客户端服务器模式,通过网络传输串口数据流.服务器基于嵌入式Linux的TCP/IP,通过串行接口的转换,以非阻塞方式进行数据收发,并实现了心跳方式的连接中断检测.经仿真和硬件测试,服务器运行稳定,可挂接串口设备数量较多.该服务器已应用于嵌入式软件的调试工作,并将增加可用接口种类,为远程调试与开发提供更为有效的支持.
    • 摘要: IDG讯目前一些旗舰级别的4K电视或新上市的显示器都会配备新版HDMI2.0,但显卡方面则明显支持的要慢上一些。不过没关系,只要显卡有DisplayPort接口,就可以考虑曲线救国。Club3D推出了DP转换器,可以把DisplayPort1.2接口转换为HDMI2.0接口,而且完全不需要额外供电。

    • 摘要: 低增益 GPS 天线测试中,受天线自身所带放大器增益的限制,其输出的信号功率无法达到后端测试设备最低输入灵敏度的要求,致使天线的方向图无法获取。针对低增益 GPS天线不满足场强信号接收机接收灵敏度要求等问题,提出了低增益 GPS 天线方向图的微波暗室测试方法。该方法在常规 GPS 天线测试方法基础上增加接口转换装置,解决灵敏度不足和阻抗匹配;增加被测天线非金属支架,使天线与发射源天线高度一致;发射源天线的波束中心完全对准被测天线物理中心;增加屏蔽线焊点,以保证被测天线的馈点强度。通过实际测试验证,采用该方法可解决低增益 GPS 天线方向图在微波暗室的测试问题。%Because the low-gain GPS antenna does not meet the sensitivity requirement of the filed signal receiver receiving,this paper addresses a method about the low-gain GPS antenna pattern in the anechoic chamber.The method is based on the conventional GPS antenna test methods and to solve the sensitivity deficiency and the impedance matching problem by adding the interface conversion device.The added measured antenna nonmetal bracket makes antenna be the same height as the source antenna and it also results that the center of the source antenna beam can be aimed at the center of the measured antenna completely.The added shielding solder joints are used to ensure the strength of the feed point of measured antenna.The data shos that the low-gain GPS antenna pattern which is gained by this method is basically same.

    • 摘要: High speed photography of adding a auxiliary light source had the shortages of poor image quality, high light equipment costs and inconvenient outdoor use,a high speed image acquisition method based on image intensifier was put forward in this paper.Experiment had been done with this method based on the platform composed of 9350EOS-3-PRO third generation image intensifier and MC1362 high speed camera.The image in-tensifier interface converter module between them was designed so that it could match well.Analysis for the spectral response and luminance gain of the imaging system showed that the system could improve the image quality significantly in the low illumination,but likely to occur saturate in the high illumination and need further improvement.%针对高速摄影领域中采用外加辅助照明光源获取的图像效果欠佳、光源设备成本高以及在户外使用不便等问题,提出了基于像增强器的高速图像采集方法。该方法以9350EOS-3-PRO 三代像增强器和 MC1362高速相机为实验平台,设计了二者之间的接口转换模块使之能够很好的匹配连接,从光谱响应和亮度增益两个方面对图像采集系统进行实验和分析。验证结果表明,该方法在低照度环境下能显著提高成像效果,但在高照度环境下工作容易饱和,有待进一步改善。
