    • 摘要: 为实现干燥水产品的品质检测,提出一种基于超弱发光的水产品干燥分类检测方法.采用高精度光电倍增管R2083检测干制水产品的时域信息,构建由NI公司LabVIEW 2016虚拟仿真软件组成的超弱发光数据采集分析系统.测试结果表明,同一品种水产品采用不同的干燥方式后,超弱发光能力差异明显,这说明干制水产品的品质与其加工方式之间有良好的相关性.通过对不同干燥种类的水产品超弱发光特性进行测试,可以实现干制水产品品质的快速、无损检测,并能对水产品的干燥类型准确鉴别.

    • 摘要: 为阐明人工老化对种子超弱发光(UWL)的影响及UWL与种子活力的相关性,探索一种种子活力无损检测新方法,以小麦种子‘济麦22’为材料,研究了人工老化过程中超弱发光的变化及其与种子活力、ATP含量的关系.研究结果显示:随着老化时间的延长,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、UWL强度和ATP含量均逐渐下降;人工老化48 h后,与对照相比分别降低了19.19%、34.34%、38.78%、27.77%和13.84%.相关分析表明,UWL强度与发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和ATP含量显著正相关.因此UWL作为一种快速、无损、灵敏的检测方法可应用于种子活力无损检测研究.%In order to ascertain the effect of artificial aging on ultraweak luminescence (UWL) and the correlation between UWL and seed vigor,and explore a new way of seed vigor non-destructive testing,seeds of wheat variety ‘Jimai 22’ were used to study the change of UWL intensity and its relationship to seed vigor and ATP content during artificial aging.The results showed that with the extension of artificial aging time,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,UWL intensity and ATP content decreased gradually;after artificial aging for 48 h,they were reduced by 19.19%,34.34%,38.78%,27.77% and 13.84%,respectively,compared with CK.Correlation analysis indicated that the UWL intensity was significantly positive correlated with germination percentage,germination potential,germination index and ATP content.It was concluded that UWL as a fast,nondestructive and sensitive detection method could be applied in the study of seed vigor non-destructive testing.

    • 摘要: 为探究刺槐和侧柏对水分胁迫的响应和适应机制,比较刺槐和侧柏的抗旱性强弱,以生长条件基本一致的1年生刺槐和侧柏为供试材料,采用旱棚人工控水的方法,测定不同生长阶段末刺槐和侧柏叶的超弱发光值,分析生长期干旱及旱后复水对二者超弱发光的影响.结果表明:刺槐和侧柏叶的超弱发光值与生长期和土壤相对含水量有密切关系,随着生长期的延长,刺槐叶的超弱发光值呈现出依次降低(干旱历时60 d的除外)的趋势,而侧柏叶的超弱发光值则呈现出生长后期>生长前期>生长中期的趋势;相同生长期,供水量对刺槐和侧柏叶的超弱发光值影响规律不同,刺槐叶的超弱发光值表现出凹曲线的趋势,而侧柏叶的超弱发光值则表现出先凹后凸的趋势,且在生长前期,土壤相对含水量对二者的超弱发光的影响最大;对刺槐和侧柏进行旱后复水处理,刺槐和侧柏叶的超弱发光值都出现恢复,刺槐叶的超弱发光值呈现出凹曲线的趋势,而侧柏叶的超弱发光值则呈现出凸曲线的趋势,说明侧柏旱后复水恢复比刺槐快,抗旱性比刺槐更强.在生产实践中,利用侧柏进行干旱地区植被恢复效果会更加明显.

    • 摘要: 利用 matlab 自带的 GUI 设计了延迟发光的数据处理平台。处理平台包含单组数据处理和多组数据处理两部分。单组数据处理可以用不同回归方程对同一组数据进行拟合,便于不同回归方程处理结果的比较;多组数据处理可以用一个回归方程对数据进行批量处理,缩减数据拟合的操作步骤,能够快速、大量地对数据进行处理。该平台的设计为延迟发光的应用和教学提供了快速的数据处理工具,大大减少了数据处理过程的工作量,具有一定的实际应用价值。%This paper explains a processing platform using delayed luminescence,based on MATLAB/GUI.The processing platform contains a single data processing system and a multi – data processing sys-tem.The single data processing system can fit the same data group using different regression equations, which is convenience for comparing the outcome.The multiple-data processing system can batch process data using the same regression equation,which will cut down the data fitting procedure and increase the speed and quantity of data processing.The design of this platform can provide a faster tool for data pro-cessing,thus reduces the workload of the data processing and has some practical application value.

    • 摘要: 为了从活体细胞角度阐述脉冲电场对作物萌发期抗旱性的影响及其机理,采用渗透势为-0.1 MPa的PEG-6000溶液形成干旱胁迫,研究了场强为100kV/m、脉冲宽度为80ms、脉冲频率为1Hz的脉冲电场处理对干旱胁迫下萌发的玉米种子自发发光和延迟发光的影响.结果表明,在玉米萌发过程中,自发发光和延迟发光积分强度逐渐增长,而在干旱胁迫下降低,脉冲电场处理使干旱胁迫下萌发玉米种子的自发发光强度和延迟发光积分强度有所回升.自发发光强度和延迟发光积分强度的变化与玉米萌发抗旱指数和贮藏物质转运率的变化一致,表明脉冲电场处理提高了玉米萌发期的抗旱性,萌发玉米自发发光和延迟发光积分强度的变化分别从细胞呼吸代谢和细胞伤害的角度反映了脉冲电场对萌发玉米抗旱性的影响.研究结果揭示了脉冲电场对作物萌发期抗旱性的影响机理,可对开发基于脉冲电场的农业物理新技术提供参考.

    • 摘要: 应用一种超高灵敏光电倍增管,设计一套用于测量粮食超弱发光的数字单光子计数在线检测系统,实现对储藏条件下粮食超弱发光的绝对量测量.对不同品种、不同新陈度小麦超弱发光进行系统测试.结果表明,在常温储藏条件下,小麦自身的超弱发光是一个稳定的辐射过程,其发光强度在几十个光子/(cm2·s)左右;同一品种,不同新陈度小麦样品超弱发光能力差异明显,随着老化程度的增加,脂肪酸值逐渐增大,其超弱发光强度逐渐减弱,小麦自身超弱发光与其脂肪酸值负相关.在此基础上测量小麦样品在不同温度条件下超弱发光的辐射强度,研究小麦超弱发光随自身温度变化的规律.

    • 摘要: 为探索超弱发光特性( UWL)与种子活力之间的相关性,并为研究种子活力无损测定新方法提供技术依据,对不同保存年限的玉米、小麦、大豆、水稻种子进行超弱发光和延迟发光测定,并通过数据统计、曲线拟合及作图,分析种子超弱发光特性与低温保存时间的关系及延迟发光的变化特征。结果表明,同一品种不同保存年限的种子超弱发光能力差异明显,随保存延长超弱发光强度逐渐下降,与发芽势变化呈现极强的正相关;种子的延迟发光呈现随贮藏年限延长强度降低而衰减系数先增大后减小的特征。%In order to research the relationship between UWL ( ultra-weak luminescence) characteris-tics and seed vigor, the intensity of UWL and DL (delayed luminescence) of seeds from corn, wheat, Chinese soybean and rice were tested after preserved under low temperature for different time.Through this study, it was also expected to provide technical supports for non-destructive test of seed vigor.The relationship be-tween UWL characteristics and low-temperature preservation duration and changing characteristics of DL were studied by statistical analysis, linear regression and diagram drawing.The results showed that there were dis-tinctive differences in UWL power of seeds after preserved for different years.The intensity of UWL declined gradually with the preservation time extending, which was positively correlated with the variation of seed vigor. In the meantime, the intensity of DL declined with the preservation time extending, and the attenuation coeffi-cients of DL increased firstly and then decreased.

    • 摘要: 对贮藏0 ~ 24个月的稻谷和小麦种子颗粒及去种胚后的胚乳粉进行了超弱发光分析.试验结果表明稻谷和小麦种子的发芽率与其超弱发光值随着贮藏时间的延长均表现出单调下降的趋势,而去种胚后的胚乳粉的超弱发光值随着贮藏时间的延长却没有发现显著的下降.这一结果表明,稻谷和小麦种子的超弱发光值随贮藏时间的变化主要取决于其发芽率(即种子活力)的变化.在此基础上,建立了贮藏期间稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系模型,结果发现,贮藏期间稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系存在差别,稻谷的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系呈良好的非线性关系,而小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系呈良好的线性关系,所获得的关系模型可很好地通过稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值来预测其贮藏期间的发芽率(R值分别为0.993和0.998).%In this paper, ultra weak luminescence analysis was carried out on seed particles and endosperm power without embryo of rice and wheat after 0 ~ 24 month storage. The experimental results showed that the germination rate and the ultra weak luminescence values of rice and wheat decreased with the increasing storage time. However, there was no significant decline for the ultra weak luminescence values of endosperm power without embryo of rice and wheat during the same storage time. This result suggested that, the change of ultra weak luminescence values of rice and wheat along with the changing of storage time depended mainly on its germination rate. On this basis,models were established to express the relation between ultra weak luminescence value and germination rate during the storage. Results showed that, for rice and wheat, the relation between ultra weak luminescence values and its germination rate were different. The relation between ultra weak luminescence values and its germination rate of rice showed a good nonlinear relation, and that of wheat showed a good linear relation. The relationship models could well predict the germination rate through the ultra weak luminescence values during the storage.
