[目的]探讨舒芬太尼麻醉对围术期2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响.[方法]选取择期T2DM手术患者100例,随机等分为舒芬太尼组(S组)及芬太尼组(F组),S组用舒芬太尼1 μg/kg诱导,术中间断加用舒芬太尼0.1 μg/kg,F组用芬太尼5 μg/kg行诱导,间断加用芬太尼1 μg/kg.麻醉前(T0)、手术开始(T1)、麻醉诱导后1 h(T2)、麻醉诱导后2 h(T3)及离室时(T4)分别取血查血糖、NO及NOS.[结果]S组患者T2时点心率较F组低(P<0.05),T2、T3及T4时点血糖较F组低(P<0.05)而NO高于F组(P<0.05),T2及T3时点S组NOS活力也较F组增高(P<0.05).[结论]舒芬太尼能改善围术期T2DM患者的血管内皮功能,适度促进NO及NOS增加,有利于维持血糖平稳.%[Objective]To explore the effect of sufentanil anesthesia on plasma nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) during surgery. [Methods] Totally 100 T2DM patients scheduled for surgery were chosen and randomly divided into sufentanil group (group S) and fenta-nyl group(group D) with 50 patients in each group. Group S received sufentanil lμg/kg for induction with 0. lμg/ kg once for maintenance, while group F received fentanyl 5μg/kg for induction with lμg/kg once for maintenance. Blood samples were collected at pre-anesthesia(TO) , beginning of operation(T1 ) ,1 hour after induction(T2) , 2 hour after induction(T3) and the end(T4) to detect blood glucose, NO and NOS. [Results] HR of group S at T2 was lower than that of group F( P <0. 05).
