Objective: To investigate the characters of serum MPO, NO in patients of premature severe triple vessel coronary coronary disease. Methods: A total of 88 patients undergoing coronary angiography were enrolled and were divided into severe triple vessel coronary artery lesions group (n = 46) and normal coronary artery group(n = 42). The MPO,NO and other risk factors in severe triple vessel coronary artery lesions group were compared with those in normal coronary artery group in order to assess its relationship with triple vessel coronary coronary disease. Results:Compared with the normal coronary artery group , the severe triple vessel coronary artery lesions group had higher levels of MPO (P<0. 05) ,but there was no significant difference in serum NO level between the two groups(PX). 05). Conclusion: Serum MPO is risk factors for the severe triple vessel coronary artery disease.%目的:探讨血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、一氧化氮(NO)含量与早发严重冠脉三支病变的关系.方法:在可疑冠心病(CHD)患者中,根据冠状动脉造影结果连续选取早发冠脉病变患者(男<55岁,女<65岁)88例,根据冠脉造影结果分为早发冠脉三支病变组46例,冠脉正常组42例,分析其血脂水平、血清髓过氧化物酶、一氧化氮与早发冠脉三支病变的关系.结果:冠脉三支病变组血清MPO水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);而冠脉三支病变组与正常对照组血清NO水平无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:血清MPO水平是早发冠脉三支病变的发生预测因素.
