    • 摘要: Taking β-Conglycinin (11 S)which was prepared with six representative soybean varieties as the object,Study the relationship between the thermodynamic characters/solution properties and surface hydrophobicity.Surface hydrophobicity of 11S was determined by ANS fluorescent probe method,thermodynamic characteristics was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetyt,molecular weight distribution was determined by size exclusion gel chromatography,hydrodynamic radius was analyzed by dynamic light scattering analyzer and ξ-potential was determined by Zeta-potential meter.The results showed that there was significantly negative correlation between surface hydrophobicity of 11S and thermal denaturation temperature (p =0.010)/denaturation enthalpy (p =0.012),and negatively correlated with solution properties (p =0.003).There was positive correlation between surface hydrophobicity of 11 S and average molecular weight (p =0.005)/average diameter(p =0.007),and negative correlation with ξ-potential absolute value(p =0.034).%以6个具有代表性的大豆品种制备的11S球蛋白为实验对象,研究大豆11S球蛋白热力学特性、溶解性和溶液性质与表面疏水性的关系.采用ANS荧光探针法测定表面疏水性,差示扫描量热法分析热力学特性,体积排阻-凝胶色谱法分析溶液的分子量及其分布,应用动态光散射技术分析流体动力学半径及其分布,Zeta-电位仪测定蛋白ξ-电位.结果表明,大豆11S球蛋白的表面疏水性与变性温度(p=0.010)和变性焓(p=0.012)均呈现显著负相关;大豆11S球蛋白的溶解性与表面疏水性极显著负相关(p=0.003);大豆11S球蛋白溶液可溶性聚集物的平均分子量与表面疏水性极显著正相关(p=0.005),平均直径与表面疏水性极显著正相关(p=0.007),ξ-电位绝对值与表面疏水性显著负相关(p=0.034).

    • 摘要: 以6个具有代表性的大豆品种制备的7S球蛋白为实验对象,采用ANS荧光探针法测定表面疏水性,采用差示扫描量热法分析热力学特性,采用体积排阻-凝胶色谱法分析溶液的相对分子质量及其分布,采用Zeta Plus电位及激光粒度分析仪分析流体动力学粒径及其分布并测定ξ-电位,研究大豆7S球蛋白热力学特性、溶解性和溶液性质与表面疏水性的关系.结果表明:大豆7S球蛋白的表面疏水性与变性温度、变性焓、ξ-电位绝对值均呈显著负相关;大豆7S球蛋白的溶解性与表面疏水性呈极显著负相关;大豆7S球蛋白溶液可溶性聚集物的平均相对分子质量、平均粒径与表面疏水性呈显著正相关.%β-Conglycinin (7S) was prepared with soybean from six representative regions.Surface hydrophobicity of 7S was determined by ANS fluorescent probe method.Thermodynamic characteristics was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry.Relative molecular weight distribution was determined by size exclusion gel chromatography.Hydrodynamic particle size distribution and ξ-potential were determined by Zeta Plus potential and laser particle size analyzer.The relationships between thermodynamic characteristics,solubility,solution properties and surface hydrophobicity of soybean 7S were studied.The results showed that there were significantly negative correlations between surface hydrophobicity of 7S and thermal denaturation temperature,denaturation enthalpy,and ξ-potential.There was extremely and significantly negative correlation between surface hydrophobicity and solubility of 7S.There was significantly positive correlation between surface hydrophobicity of 7S and average relative molecular weight and average particle size of soluble aggregates in 7S solution.

    • 摘要: 在低温乳聚丁苯橡胶凝聚生产环节采用新型环保型絮凝剂聚EEDC(主要成分为环氧氯丙烷与二甲胺共聚物)替代原高分子絮凝剂CA(二氰二胺甲醛缩合物),可有效降低污水处理厂对总氮的处理难度,使污水处理厂处理丁苯橡胶污水后总氮含量大幅降低,有力促进低温乳聚丁苯橡胶的清洁、环保生产.%Primary polymeric flocculant CA (dicyanide formaldehyde condensate) was replaced by new type environment friendly flocculant poly-EEDC (epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine copolymer) in low temperature emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber agglomeration manufacturing technique, which was good to reduce the disposal difficulty of total nitrogen in sewage treatment work, make excretion sewage total nitrogen index reach emission standard, and promote the clean and environmental production of low temperature emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber.

    • 摘要: 制备了系列载银TiO2光催化剂,测量了不同条件下制备的TiO2-Ag复合光催化剂的表面ξ电位,研究了制备条件对ξ电位的影响.以甲基橙为构像化合物研究了系列催化剂的光催化降解效果,同时,探讨了TiO2-Ag催化剂表面ξ电位与光催化效果之间的关系.结果表明,TiO2-Ag催化剂表面ξ电位越高,光催化降解效率越好.实现了载银TiO2光催化剂的制备及表面电性质表征的新方法.

    • 摘要: 对气泡ξ电位的测量方法以及纯水中、表面活性剂体系中、电解质体系中气泡ξ电位的测量结果进行综述.研究表明,气泡在纯水中的等电点处于pH1.5~3.5之间.阴、阳离子型表面活性剂会改变气泡表面的ξ电位,非离子型表面活性剂对ξ电位的影响与其结构和基团有关,当浓度达到临界胶束浓度时,ξ电位不再发生变化.无机电解质对ξ电位的影响与离子在溶液中的存在形式及吸附状态有关,pH对ξ电位的影响主要是通过影响H+和OH-的吸附量以及溶液中表面活性剂和无机电解质的存在形式来实现.

    • 摘要: 采用萘系减水剂(NF)、聚羧酸系减水剂(PC),研究了减水剂与乳液不同复掺方式对水泥浆zeta((ξ))电位的影响.结果表明:随PC掺量不同,PC与乳液同掺水泥浆(ξ)电位或正或负;NF与乳液同掺水泥浆(ξ)电位介于单掺NF水泥浆与单掺乳液水泥浆(ξ)电位之间.NF滴加后,掺乳液水泥浆平衡(ξ)电位绝对值低于单掺NF水泥浆、单掺乳液水泥浆及NF与乳液同掺水泥浆平衡(ξ)电位绝对值;随PC的滴加,掺乳液水泥浆(ξ)电位值可以降至与单掺乳液水泥浆平衡(ξ)电位值接近.随乳液滴加量的增大,掺1.0%(质量分数)PC水泥浆的(ξ)电位几乎没有变化,掺0.1%PC水泥浆的(ξ)电位最初急剧降低,而后几乎不变;掺NF水泥浆(ξ)电位随乳液的滴入由—10 mV迅速升高至—6 mV,而后随乳液滴加量的增大,(ξ)电位仅略微升高.减水剂(NF或PC)与乳液同掺或者乳液后掺,均可降低水泥粒子对聚合物颗粒的吸附量.%Because of less thorough study on the properties of cement pastes with superplasticizers and latex mixed together, the influence of different mixing procedures of superplasticizers and latex on the ζ potential of cement pastes(fresh) were analyzed using the ZetaProbe instrument. The experimental results show that with adding different use level (by mass) of polycarboxylic superplasticizer (PC) , the cement pastes with both PC and latex added have negative or positive ζ potential. However, the ζ potential of cement pastes with both naphthalene formaldehyde condensate superplasticizer(NF) and latex added is lower than that of cement pastes with NF added but higher than that of cement pastes with latex added. Adding NF into cement pastes with latex added, the absolute value of equilibrium ζ potential of the cement pastes is lower than that of cement pastes with NF added, cement pastes with latex added and cement pastes with both NF and latex added. Adding PC into cement pastes with latex added, the ζ potential of the cement pastes can even reach the equilibrium ζ potential of cement paste with latex added. When latex is added in, the ζ potential of cement paste with 1.0% PC added doesn't change, but the ζ potential of cement paste with 0. 1% PC added decreases greatly to a certain value. The ζ potential of cement paste with NF added increases from -10 mV to - 6 mV when latex is added in, and then increases slowly with the increase of use level of latex. By adding superplasticizer(NF or PC) and latex into cement pastes simultaneously or adding latex into cement pastes with superplasticizerCNF or PC) added, the adsorbed proportion of polymer particles on cement grains can be decreased.

    • 摘要: 通过测定柠檬酸钠在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为及ξ电位,并结合水化热、水化产物分析等,研究了柠檬酸钠对普通硅酸盐水泥的缓凝机理.结果表明:柠檬酸钠易吸附于水泥颗粒表面,随掺量的增加吸附量增加,吸附率下降;ξ电位随掺量的增加而增加,ξ电位变化值随掺量的增加而减小;柠檬酸钠易与钙离子形成络合物,抑制水泥水化放热,延缓水化产物形成,当掺量超过0.2%时,1d水化产物中无明显的CH;柠檬酸钠做缓凝剂使用时,应该慎重考虑掺量,建议掺量小于0.2%.

    • 摘要: 通过测定氯化锌在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为和ξ电位,结合水化热、水化产物分析等研究氯化锌对普通硅酸盐水泥的缓凝机理.结果表明:ZnCl2在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量随掺量增加而增加,吸附率随掺量增加而减小;5min时ξ电位随掺量增加而明显增大,30 min后掺量对ξ电位的影响变小;ZnCl2能与OH-离子结合生成不溶性化合物,提高早期浆体中的Ca2+浓度;掺入ZnCl2后第二温峰出现的时间推后,并且水化产物减少;掺ZnCl2对早期强度影响较小,但能较好的提高后期强度,掺量为0.2%时,胶砂的抗压强度最好.
