    • 摘要: Electronic commerce is quickly increasing in several countries, most notably in developing countries. A new electronic-commerce segment known as social commerce has evolved due to the popularity of social media. Consumer trust is important to social commerce success and impacts purchase choices. In modern times, majority of businesses have changed how from the traditional businesses and migrated to social commerce. Electronic commerce was the first of its sort, followed by social commerce, which conducted business via social networking platforms. Identifying the factors that influence social commerce use enables businesses to enhance those features and boost revenue. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine how increased technology usage influences the social commerce activities of Ghanaian businessmen and women. A review of the literature resulted in the development of a conceptual model. Six hundred and twenty-five responses from Ghanaian enterprises and women who use e-commerce platforms were used to assess the conceptual approach. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) was used to validate the model. The reliability and validity of the measuring apparatus were determined using measurement model analysis. To examine the model’s fit and assumptions, we used structural model analysis. Five hypotheses were supported by the structural model data. Effort Expectancy, Perceived Ease of Use, Performance Expectancy, Perceived Utility, and Trust were shown to be the most influential criteria affecting behavioral intention to use s-commerce in Ghana. The findings of this research have major significance for academics and practitioners of social trade.

    • 摘要: 在第六届UIC数字技术奖评选过程中,UIC共收到来自世界各地的三十多份参评申请。现在UIC很荣幸地宣布2021年的获奖技术。1生产力类别新加坡地铁有限公司(SMRT Trains Ltd.)是新加坡领先的快速公共交通运营公司。SMRT的轨道接入管理系统(Track Access Management System,TAMS)是一种由人工智能实现的数字解决方案,旨在使用安全联锁探索方法,实现轨道接入分配的数字化和自动化。SMRT公司平均每天收到100项计划内及计划外的工程工作申请。TAMS解决方案为该公司每年节省了3万h的工时,并且通过优化工程,为实现平均故障间隔里程(MKBF)超过100万km做出了贡献。

    • 摘要: Taking small cross-border e-commerce enterprise QD company as an example,this study targets customers consuming on the platform of cross-border e-commerce enterprise QD company,and the purpose is to study the marketing factors affecting customer decision-making.By combining with relevant literature,this paper preliminarily confirmed that 7Ps,Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),and customer decision-making theory as the theoretical basis,and established the theoretical model.According to the mature scale of domestic and foreign scholars to measure the research variables,with 7Ps and TAM as the independent variable,TAM perceived usefulness and ease of use as the core of the independent variable,customer decision-making as the dependent variable,in the test before the project,forming a formal questionnaire,the main data are obtained through the design and distribution of the questionnaire.Based on a large number of relevant literature,this paper examines the marketing factors influencing customer decisions in cross-border e-commerce,then identifies goals,builds models,and proposes hypotheses.According to the technical acceptance model in consumer behavior theory,select the cross-border e-commerce enterprise quantum dot platform of consumers as the research object,finally through SPSS software on cross-border consumer feedback,including descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis test customer satisfaction,finally found a significant positive relationship between customer decision-making and marketing mix and TAM variables.

    • 摘要: 互联网发展为教学模式变革提供技术支持,特别是新冠肺炎疫情的到来加速大众对在线学习的认知和接受程度。文章以重庆市某高校在线学习平台的学生为研究对象,基于任务技术匹配模型(TTF)和技术接受模型(TAM)构建在线学习行为影响因素模型,采用结构方程探索各影响因素之间的关系。研究发现,技术特征对任务技术匹配、任务特征对任务技术匹配、任务技术匹配对行为意向和感知易用性对行为意向影响显著,其中技术特征、任务技术匹配和感知易用性是行为意向的关键性影响因素。

    • 摘要: 公安政务App作为移动公安政务服务的一种重要形式,其广泛的接纳和使用,有利于公安机关创新公共服务的供给模式,提高工作效率,提升服务能力等各项工作的顺利推进。作为一项信息技术,基于技术接受模型(TAM)、技术接受与使用统一模型(UTAUT),认为影响公安政务App公众采纳和使用的影响因素主要包括感知有用性、感知易用性、社会影响及等。从而,从功能设计、简化流程、创新宣传形式、加强群众参与等方面提出了一些政策建议。

    • 摘要: 政务新媒体作为“互联网+政务服务”的重要渠道,识别公众对其使用意愿的影响因素,进而提出建议对增强公众的使用黏性有重要作用。本研究借鉴已有理论构建模型,采用问卷调查、模糊集QCA方法探究组态视角下公众使用政务新媒体意愿的影响因素。结果表明,公众的使用意愿受到多元复杂因素影响,平台特征、社会环境、感知易用性和感知成本的交互作用是核心因素。

    • 摘要: [目的/意义]旨在为社交电商平台优化、设计用户互动功能提供参考。[方法/过程]运用期望确认模型、技术接受模型的整合模型,引入潜变量感知娱乐性,回收281份有效问卷数据,通过SPSS、AMOS软件,以结构方程法实证分析用户对社交电商平台的用户互动的持续使用意愿。[结果/结论]感知有用性、感知易用性、感知娱乐性、满意度4个因素均对用户的持续使用社交电商平台用户互动的意愿构成正向影响;期望确认度正向影响感知有用性、感知易用性;感知有用性、感知易用性、期望确认度、感知娱乐性正向影响满意度;感知易用性正向影响感知有用性。最后,提出“易用性”“有用性”“娱乐感”“情感态度”4点优化建议。

    • 摘要: Myeloid checkpoints are receptors on the myeloid cell surface which can mediate inhibitory signals to modulate anti-tumor immune activities.They can either inhibit cellular phagocytosis or suppress T cells and are thus involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases.In the tumor microenvironment,besides killing tumor cells by phagocytosis or activating anti-tumor immunity by tumor antigen presentation,myeloid cells could execute protumor efficacies through myeloid checkpoints by interacting with counter-receptors on other immune cells or cancer cells.In summary,myeloid checkpoints may be promising therapeutic targets for cancer immunotherapy.

    • 摘要: 目的厨房机器人的使用能增强用户的幸福感,但机器人手臂常操控明火和刀具,具有潜在的使用风险,基于此考察厨房机器人的使用风险对用户使用意图的影响。方法问卷设计包含五个构面,共计15道题,并以18~70岁潜在使用群体为研究对象,回收有效数据,共计287份,采用偏相关结构方程模型,考察使用风险潜变量对TAM中易用性、有用性和使用意图的影响。验证模型信效度,通过直接分析、中介模型和调节模型分别进行论证。结论尽管部分用户担心厨房机器人的潜在风险,但是使用风险并不会影响对厨房机器人的使用意图。使用风险和使用意图在某种程度上具有分离效应,这一研究结果将有利于相关服务机器人企业对该类型产品的研发与推广。
