区域创新系统是一个结构复杂、功能多样的复杂社会系统,其主要包含创新主体子系统、创新资源子系统、创新环境子系统三个部分,并具有非线性、不确定性、自组织性、涌现性等复杂性系统特征,传统的还原论和线性处理方法无法全面地解决这一问题。借鉴B-Z反应这一非线性化学反应,选择创新效果、创新潜力、创新配置三个状态变量隐喻B-Z反应中的三种主要物质,外界综合投入指数隐喻B-Z反应的控制参数,三个状态变量的调整参数隐喻B-Z反应中的反应速率,构建区域创新系统协同演进模型,并进行实证研究。研究结果表明:一方面,从演进阈值增减性来看:近一年的发展中,黑龙江、江苏、广东、广西、海南、贵州、甘肃、宁夏、青海9个省级行政区的阈值增大,说明经过一年的发展,9个省级行政区域相对于上一年远离了区域创新系统的演进点。另一方面,从演进阈值大小来看:创新能力较强省份和创新能力较弱省份的区域创新系统的阈值趋于两极化,创新能力较强省份的阈值部分极大,部分极小;创新能力较弱省份也出现了同样的状况。在实证研究的基础上,结合区域创新系统的三个状态变量(创新效果、创新配置、创新潜力),从增强创新效果、优化创新配置、提升创新潜力三个方面提出促进我国区域创新系统的协同发展对策。%Regional innovation system should include the subsystem of innovation entities, subsystem of innovation resources and subsystem of innovation environment. There are complex interactions among the three subsystems so as to realize the function of regional innovation system. Traditional reductionism and linear thinking cannot process the complex regional innovation system,synergetics provides an efficient solution to the research of complex systems. Through metaphor,we can find that the evolution of the regional innovation system and the B-Z reaction in synergetics have a great similarity. This paper based on the nonlinear chemical reaction of B-Z reaction to builds a synergy evolution model of regional innovation system, choice three state variables include innovation effect, the innovation potential and the innovation configuration to metaphor three main material of B-Z reaction,the comprehensive investment index metaphor the control parameters of B-Z response,the parameters of the three state variables are metaphors the reaction rate of B-Z. Combined with the empirical results puts forward to four cardinal principles of the regional innovation system on the synergy development of our country include coordination,diversity,sustainability and collaborative. At the same time,put forward measures to promote the coordinated development of regional innovation system in our country from the perspective of enhancement effect of innovation,optimize the distribution of innovation,improve innovation ability.
