不同地域窖泥细菌群落结构差异及其与理化因子相关分析

         

摘要

The diversity of bacteria community structure in pit mud from different regions and its correlations with physicochemical factors were studied. The results showed that, there was significant difference in bacteria abundance and diversity indexes among pit mud from differ-ent regions (pit mud from Luzhou had comparatively higher values, the similarity of pit mud from close regions such as Luzhou and Yibin was comparatively high above 55%, however, the similarities of pit mud from distant regions such as Luzhou and Qionglai, and Yibin and Qionglai were low as 18.7%and 10.6%respectively), the correlation coefficient of bacteria community diversity index and total acid was-0.999 (p<0.01), and the correlation coefficient of bacteria community diversity index and humus content and pH value was 0.981 (p<0.05), there was lit-tle correlation between bacteria community structure and water, total nitrogen, total sugar, phosphorus, and ammonia nitrogen.%研究了不同地域窖泥细菌群落结构差异及其理化因子的相关性.结果表明,不同地域的窖泥样品细菌丰度与多样性指数有明显差异,泸州地区相对较高.地域相近的泸州与宜宾窖泥样品的相似度较高,达55%以上,而地域相隔较远的泸州与邛崃、宜宾与邛崃地区窖泥样品之间的相似度分别只有18.7%和10.6%.窖泥细菌群落多样性指数与总酸的相关系数为-0.999(p<0.01);与腐殖质含量及pH值的相关系数均为0.981(p<0.05);而与水、总氮、总糖、有效磷和氨态氮相关性都较小.
