本科低年级学生跨学科学习经验的自主建构

         

摘要

在充满变革的环境中,本科低年级学生进行学业规划或职业生涯规划的价值是“学会应变”。研究着眼于本科低年级学生所处的跨学科学习情境,从理论层面和实践层面引导个体提高学业/职业生涯“探索、规划、适应”能力。研究发现,学业/职业生涯探索、学业/职业生涯规划、职业未来时间洞察力和自主性这两个积极人格特点、跨学科学习经验、职业认同(含学术认同)五者,是不可分割的整体。以系统性思维探寻学业规划或职业生涯规划之道,不仅是本科低年级学生创新自主职业生涯管理途径、方法和策略的重心,而且是高等院校创新本科低年级学生职业生涯教育模式及体系的重心。%In the era of changeability, it is vital for freshmen and sophomores to be adaptable in academic and career planning. The article centers around the conventional and practical study of their adaptability in academic and professional pursuit. It concluded that academic and career development, planning, positive career insights and initiatives, cross-disciplinary learning experience, and academic identification were integral factors in academic and career planning. It suggests that academic and career planning in systematical thinking is not only critical for college freshmen and sophomores to innovate the ways, methods and strategies, but also for universities to reform the pattern and system of career education.
