我国教师教育文化范式的历史演变及其应然走向

         

摘要

T he institutionalized teacher education institution in our country dated back to the late Qing Dynasty ,and has gone through four major historical and cultural shifts , which represent , from the cultural perspective , the evolving process of establishing the cultural paradigm of Chinese teacher education in reference to the norm of “westernization and internationalization” . The present paradigm of teacher education in our country is based on such attributes of western cultures as patternization , standardization , and professional thinking , and it is losing the essential spirits of Chinese culture and traits of “normal education” . From the stance of cultural consciousness , cultural esteem and cultural responsibility , the development of teacher education in our country must strengthen the construction of“indigenized” or “Chinese” cultural paradigm . In the context of the modernization of teacher education , a new cultural paradigm for teacher education should be fostered on the basis of the “cultural gene of normal education” in our country .%我国体制化教师教育始于清末,从文化及“范式”的视角看,大致经历了四次历史文化范式变型,亦即为我国教师教育以“西化与国际化”为发展标准而逐步塑型文化范式的进程。当下我国教师教育文化范式正成型为以西方文化特征(模式化、标准化、专业化思维为基质)为主的文化范式,其间,中国文化根本精神日益式微,“师范教育”文化特质逐渐消弭。基于一种文化自觉、文化自尊和文化责任,新世纪我国教师教育发展则应注重“本土化”或“中国化”的文化范式建构,在教师教育现代化背景下基于“师范教育文化基因”而培育我国新型教师教育文化范式。
