    • 摘要: Several organizations have migrated to the cloud for better quality in business engagements and security. Data quality is crucial in present-day activities. Information is generated and collected from data representing real-time facts and activities. Poor data quality affects the organizational decision-making policy and customer satisfaction, and influences the organization’s scheme of execution negatively. Data quality also has a massive influence on the accuracy, complexity and efficiency of the machine and deep learning tasks. There are several methods and tools to evaluate data quality to ensure smooth incorporation in model development. The bulk of data quality tools permit the assessment of sources of data only at a certain point in time, and the arrangement and automation are consequently an obligation of the user. In ensuring automatic data quality, several steps are involved in gathering data from different sources and monitoring data quality, and any problems with the data quality must be adequately addressed. There was a gap in the literature as no attempts have been made previously to collate all the advances in different dimensions of automatic data quality. This limited narrative review of existing literature sought to address this gap by correlating different steps and advancements related to the automatic data quality systems. The six crucial data quality dimensions in organizations were discussed, and big data were compared and classified. This review highlights existing data quality models and strategies that can contribute to the development of automatic data quality systems.

    • 摘要: Stem cell microterritories(niches),as a specialized part of the extracellular matrix(ECM),are considered an important target and tool for the development of new materials,medical implants,and devices.However,tissue bioengineering products that have stem cell niches of known size on the surface or in the bulk structure of artificial materials are practically unknown.This brief review attempts to draw attention to the problematic aspects of niches as specific parts of the ECM,such as their hierarchy and size for mesenchymal stromal/stem cells(MSCs).These parameters arise directly from numerous definitions of stem cell niches as specialized morphological microterritories found in various tissues.The authors of this review analyze the known information on the hierarchy of MSC microterritories by analogy with that of hematopoietic stem cells.Occasional reports on the size of artificial MSC niches compared to natural niche candidates are summarized.A consensus on a hierarchy and optimal range of niche sizes for MSCs and other stem cells is needed to accelerate the development of prototyping technologies and additive manufacturing in applications to precise tissue bioengineering and regenerative medicine.

    • 摘要: The behavior of hydrogen under extreme pressure has continued to attract great interest among the physics,chemistry,materials science,and geoscience communities and has become a major driving incentive for cross-disciplinary advances in novel high-pressure technology.This has been particularly noticeable this year,and is one of the main themes of this“Special Issue on High Pressure Science 2021.”Hydrogen exhibits a rich physics of multiple phase transitions,including a predicted novel quantum state combining superconductivity and superfluidity upon metallization,and also provides benchmark values for testing theoretical models of quantum solids at high densities.

    • 摘要: Objective To sort out the dimension and indicators of comprehensive value assessment of anti-tumor drugs abroad,and provide a reference for constructing a similar system in China.Methods The keywords such as anti-tumor drugs,value,assessment,method,and framework were used to search CNKI,WanFang database,VIP database,Embase,PubMed and Web of Science.Results and Conclusion According to the research on the value framework of anti-tumor drugs,6 first-level dimensions and 8 second-level indicators with common characteristics were summarized.In view of China’s national conditions,this study summarizes the available value judgment dimensions of anti-tumor drugs at home and abroad,so as to learn from international experience and their mature methodologies,and provide ideas for constructing a multi-dimensional value system of anti-tumor drugs in China.

    • 摘要: Primary cilium is an antenna-like and non-motile structure protruding from the apical surface of most mammalian cells including endothelial cells lining the inner side of all the blood vessels in our body.Although it has been over a century since primary cilia were discovered,the investigation about their mechano-sensing and other roles in maintaining normal functions of cardiovascular system has just started in recent years.This focused review aims to give an update about the current literature for the role of endothelial primary cilia in blood flow mechanosensing and shear stress-shielding.To do this,we first summarized the characteristic features of endothelial primary cilia in terms of structure,dimension,molecular composition,and mechanical properties(e.g.,bending rigidity),which are the dominant factors for their functions in mechano-sensing and transduction,as well as vascular protection from the blood flow-induced wall shear stress.We also described the experimental techniques and mathematical models for determining the dimension and mechanical properties of the primary cilium.Then we reviewed the molecular mechanisms underlying mechano-sensing and transduction by endothelial primary cilia and the mathematical model prediction for their roles in redistribution and reduction of wall shear stresses.Finally,we briefly discussed the common cardiovascular diseases,e.g.,atherosclerosis,hypertension,and aneurysm,due to defects and malfunction of endothelial primary cilia and suggested potential targets for therapeutic treatments.

The body-size data of 2,195 males and 2,293 females aged between 20 and 60 y were included to calculate the average physical dimensions. Two hundred datasets of computed tomography corresponding to the average physique range were collected to measure the average linear dimensions (the length of x, y, and z-axis) of lungs.

Moreover, the Packing dimension of Tμλ is log2/log3.
