职业经理人组织信任与其离职倾向的关系——基于人口统计学特征的经验检验

     

摘要

通过时326个有效样本进行统计分析,探究了不同性别、不同学历层次和不同婚姻状况的职业经理人的组织信任与其离职倾向之间的关系.结果显示:职业经理人的组织信任与其离职倾向均显著负相关;就两者的作用机理而言,工作满意度在学历层次为非本科的职业经理人的组织信任与其离职倾向的关系中未发挥中介作用;就职业经理人离职倾向对其组织信任和工作满意度变化的敏感程度而言,男性比女性更敏感,本科学历的比非本科学历的更敏感.%Based on the statistical data about 326 samples, this paper analyzes the relationships between trusts in their organization of different kinds of professional managers and their turnover intentions. The result shows as follows: there is a negative correlation between the trust in organization of professional manager and turnover intentiontjob satisfaction dosen't play a mediated role in the relationship between the trust in organization and turnover intention of professional manager whose education backgrounds are not college level ; as far as the sensitivity of turnover intention to the changes in the trust in organization and job satisfaction is concerned,male professional managers and the professional managers with the education backgrounds of the college level are more sensitive.
