基于心理资本的大学生主观幸福感影响研究

摘要

People pay more attention to psychological capital with the development of HRM research, psychological capital shows a kind of situation that is suitable for positive organization behavior and it is different from manpower capital, besides, it can bring competitive advantage to people by correct guidance and exploitation. Chinese research association for the study of urban competitiveness publish the list of china’s happiest cities in 2012, city well-being and subjective well-being has been the force of people, especially the SWB of college students.%　　随着学者对人力资源管理研究的深入，心理资本领域越来越受到重视，心理资本具体表现为符合积极组织行为学标准的心理状态，它区别于人力资本和社会资本而独立存在，并能够通过有针对性的开发和引导而使个体获得竞争优势。中国城市竞争力研究会公布2012年中国最具幸福感城市排行榜，人们对城市幸福、主观幸福感的关注日益提高，其中大学生幸福感便是受关注焦点之一。
