A change impact research support program, change impact research support device, and change impact research support method which can sufficiently reduce the number of processes to be taken for impact research with a change in configuration management. Each time CI contained in configuration management information is corrected, CIs which have been corrected together with a combination of CIs corrected in a change in configuration management actually conducted are extracted. Then, a degree of impact is set for each of the extracted CIs, with the higher degree of impact the larger number of times of correction together with the combination of CIs, and the CIs are presented to a user as candidates for correction in descending order of degree of impact.
