As an emerging discipline, Teaching Psychology made a very prominent contribution to both the theory of teaching as well as the practice research. This paper starts from the combing of the development process of Teaching Psychology, then dis-cusses teaching appears in the research of Teaching Psychology is a skill or an art, and analysis the understanding orientation of the interaction of skill and art, aims to have a more comprehen-sive understanding on complex activities like teaching, then do some preliminary thinking on Teaching Psychology research.% 教学心理学作为一个新兴的学科,对于教学理论与实践研究的贡献十分突出。本文从对教学心理学发展的历程梳理出发,进而讨论在教学心理学的相关研究中出现的教学是技术还是艺术的性质问题,并对技艺交互的认识取向进行分析,旨在对教学这一复杂活动有更为全面的认识,从而对教学心理学研究进行一些初步的思考。
