摘要:新常态下我国高等教育正从一元管理方式走向多元共治的现代治理方式,学生、教师和管理者都是高校内部治理的重要参与主体。通过调查H高校的学生参与内部治理情况,剖析了当前大学生参与内部治理存在主体话语缺失、形式化严重和参与效果不显著等问题。阐释了大学生权利意识淡薄、参与式治理的氛围不浓、学生参与存在诸多阻碍等导致问题存在的三大原因。大学生有效参与的策略是尊重大学生的主体地位、明确大学生的参与职责、加强学生组织的独立性和健全大学生权利保障和监督制度。%Under the new normal, the style of management in China's higher education is transforming from one-dimensional style to modern multi-dimensional style of combined administra-tion, with students, teachers and administrators as important par-ticipating subjects in university internal administration. By in-vestigating students' participation in internal administration of H University, this paper analyzes the problems in the current uni-versity students' participation in internal administration, such as lack of voice, severe formalization and non-significant effect, and elaborates the three major reasons of the problems, namely, uni-versity students' weak consciousness of right, poor atmosphere of participation-based administration, and obstacles hindering stu-dents' participation. It also proposes effective strategies to pro-mote university students' effective participation, including re-specting university students' subjective role, making clear uni-versity students' responsibilities in the participation, enhancing the independence of student organizations and improving the system to guarantee and supervise university students' rights.
