This paper mainly expounds the basic theory of self-efficacy in career decision-making, makes a systematic e-valuation on the development of self-efficacy measurement tools at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in Chi-nese scholars' research on self-efficacy, aiming to provide a basis for subsequent studies.%本文主要阐述了职业决策中自我效能感的基本理论,对自我效能感测量工具的国内外发展进行了系统评价,同时也对我国学者关于自我效能感研究存在的问题的研究进行分析,为后续的研究提供依据.
