The present invention is a system and method of allowing college students to have means of exchange in services which includes but is not limited to essays, assignments, presentations and all academic property that is presented in the detailed description to the clients that request it through a computer readable medium capable of executing the actions to be used through an interface on any computing device.;This process of trade in our current invention includes transactions involving the sales of rights and ownership of essays and assignments for monetary value in which our administered system would own any and all information included in the academic property.;This method and system of the present invention involves student verification. The principal purpose for a transaction through the use of our system is revision and further advancement of the client's ideas. The license we provide to the student is of limited use as the state of the laws in place for the use of this academic property; the administered system presumes the legal copyright.
