摘要:Constructing a Balance-degree Assessment Index System for Connotation Development of Basic Education --Taking a Certain District (County) of Western Chongqing for Examplern Abstract: Taking urban and rural education as a whole, highlighting the dualistic urban-rural education structure of Chongqing Municipality, this article, on the basis of educational gini coefficient, aims at constructing a balance-degree assessment index system for connotation development of basic education. The writer comes to the conclusion that balanced development of regional education must be directed by advanced educational philosophy, and supported by scientific methods. A reasonable assessment index system will surely promote the balanced development of education.
