浓香型大曲中蛋白酶产生细菌的分离鉴定

             

摘要

Five protease-producing bacteria strains were isolated from Luzhou-fiavor Daqu. Based on physiological and biochemical experiments in combined with Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology, five bacteria strains were A strain, Bacillus thuringiensis; B strain, Bacillus subtilis; C strain, Bacillus cereus; D strain, Bacillus polyrnyxa; and E strain, Bacillus subtilis. Identified by Biolog microbial automatically analysis system, C strain had the strongest protease-producing capacity, and the identification result was the same as biochemical identification result.%从浓香型大曲中分离纯化得到5株产蛋白酶细菌,对其进行了生化分析,结合《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》对这5株细菌的鉴定。鉴定结果为:A苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis);B枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);C蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus);D多粘芽孢杆菌(Bacillus polymyxa);E枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。对产酶能力最强的C菌株用Biolog微生物自动分析系统进行鉴定,鉴定结果与生化鉴定结果相符合。
