啤酒花的生物活性及其活性成分提取工艺研究进展

摘要

啤酒花是一种重要的传统中药，含有多酚、黄酮、多糖等活性成分，具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、镇静等活性，且因其在啤酒酿造中的应用及自身的药用价值而成为近来研究的热点，综述了有关啤酒花的生物活性及多种成分提取工艺的研究进展，为进一步的研究提供参考。%Hops is an important traditional Chinese medicine, it contains polyphenols, flavonoids, polysaccharides and other active compo-nents, and it has antioxidant, antitumor, antibacterial, and sedative effects. It has become a hot research focus recently because of its use in the beer brewing and its own unique medicinal values. In this paper, the research progress in beer hops bioactivities and the extracting techniques of its active components was reviewed so as to provide useful reference for further research.
