基于本科生导师制视角下的工科类学业预警学生协同帮扶模式探究

摘要

Learning for practice is important for engineering students.The objective of engineering is to serve for the local eco-nomic and social development and to cultivate high-quality applying technology personnel of production and management.On the basic of undergraduate tutorial system, we explored the school precaution system in order to realize the coordinated development of students' comprehensive qualities.It also contributes to advance the work of tutor meticulously and improve the quality of personnel training.%工科类专业的培养目标强调"学以致用",使学生成为生产和管理第一线需要的高素质应用技术型人才,为地方经济建设和社会发展服务. 在运用本科生导师制的实践中探索协同帮扶模式,实现学生思想道德、专业水平、创新能力、团结协作等素质协调发展,推进工科类学业预警学生帮扶工作的精细化,提高人才培养质量和本科生导师队伍建设水平.
