美国影视剧中经常出现中国菜肴，这些中国菜肴的译名对于对我们解决中国菜肴翻译的细节性问题具有重要意义。本文对美国电视剧《生活大爆炸》的一个点餐片段中提及的中餐英译名进行了分析，对菜名汉译过程中的几个重要的细节问题进行了探讨。%The Chinese dishes always appear in American TV series and their translation have important significance on solving detailed problems in the translation of Chinese dishes for us.This paper analyzes the English translation of popular Chinese di-shes mentioned in an episode of the TV series the Big Bang Theory,exploring some detailed problems in the Chinese translation of dishes.
