信息化条件下教学方式的转变对教师专业发展的影响——以医学物理学课程教学为例

         

摘要

面对在信息化环境中成长的学生,教师的角色面临巨大挑战,教师从课堂主讲者变为学习活动的组织者,从知识的传授者变为学习的引导者和参与者.角色的变迁意味着对教师能力的新要求.通过分析信息化课堂教学实例,分析开展信息化教学应具备的信息化素养,从而说明信息化教学方式对教师专业发展的影响.%Facing the students who are growing up in the environment of informatization, teachers are facing enormous challenges, whose roles are changed from the classroom speakers into organizers of the learning activities, from teaching knowledge into learning guidance and participants.The role change means the new requirements of teacher's ability.Through the analysis of information technology class teaching examples, the authors made an analysis on the information literacy during the development of teaching possess, so that the influence of informatization teaching methods on teachers' professional development were illustrated.
