Independent separable Lactobacillus plantarum LY-78 was used as the original strain,through single mutation(UV,NTG) and complex mutation (DES-UV,NTG-UV) breeding,using zone of inhibition method,concentration of phenyllactic acid and hereditary stability to screen mutant strains. After mutation,NTG-UV concentration was the highest,phenyllactic acid production reached 712 mg·L-1 than the original strain yield of 246 mg·L-1 increased 2.89 times,and provided excellent strains for industrialized production of PLA.%以自主分离的植物乳杆菌LY-78为出发菌株,采用单一诱变(紫外线辐照法、亚硝基胍法)和复合诱变(硫酸二乙酯-紫外、亚硝基胍-紫外)等方法进行诱变育种。经抑菌圈筛选、苯乳酸含量测定及遗传稳定性鉴定,最终由亚硝基胍-紫外复合诱变获得一株高产苯乳酸的优良突变株,其苯乳酸产量高达712 mg·L-1,比出发菌株246 mg·L-1提高了2.89倍,为后续工业化生产苯乳酸提供了优良的菌种。
