新教师学习应以其自身原有知识、自我实践为基础,并在适切的学习系统内逐步培育个性化的实践性知识、养成科学的知识重构机制.本文对现行新教师学习样式存在问题进行了分析,并结合实践经验阐述了区域重构新教师入职学习系统的行动路径.%The novice teachers could gradually cultivate their personal practice knowledge, and develop scientific knowledge reconstruction mechanism in a proper learning system on the basis of their original knowledge and practice experience.In the paper, the problems of current novice teachers` learning were analyzed, based on the training practice of the novice math teachers, also the path of reconstructing novice teachers` learning system was described.
