幼儿教师核心自我评价、社会支持与离职倾向关系

         

摘要

研究采用问卷调查法考察了376名幼儿教师核心自我评价、社会支持与离职倾向的关系。结果发现:(1)当前幼儿教师的离职倾向比较高、核心自我评价处在中等水平、社会支持水平显著低于全国常模;(2)幼儿教师离职倾向、社会支持和核心自我评价之间存在显著相关;幼儿教师的社会支持、核心自我评价对其离职倾向有显著预测作用;(3)核心自我评价在社会支持对幼儿教师离职倾向影响中起中介作用,社会支持通过影响核心自我评价间接对离职倾向产生影响。并针对研究结果提出相应建议。%With the method of questionnaire, the research aims to examine the relationship between 376 kinder- garteners'eore self- evaluation, social support and resigning tendency. The result indicates: (1) The current kindergarteners have higher tendency of resigning with intermediate level of core self - evaluation and much lower level of social support than the average national models. (2) There is marked relevancy among kindergarteners' tendency of resignation, social support and their core self - evaluation. The kindergarteners" social support and Core self - evaluation are notably predictive of their resigning tendency. (3) Core self - evaluation functions as the medium in the effect of social support on the kindergarteners' tendency of resignation. Social support has an indirect effect on the tendency of resignation via influencing the core self - evaluation. Moreover, the paper pro- poses corresponding suggestions.
