To enable employment activities to be carried out while multilaterally predicting the after-employment evaluation of employed personnel.SOLUTION: In an evaluation prediction device 1, a learning model building device 3 comprises: test data acquisition means 31 for acquiring the result of each of the present or past personnel of a company expected to hire having received a job suitability test as test data; evaluation data acquisition means 33 for acquiring evaluation data that indicates the result of in-house evaluation of each of the existing personnel of the company; label acquisition means 35 for acquiring the evaluation data having been classified into a plurality of levels as the evaluation label of each; and learning means 37 for conducting supervised learning using a set of each of the test data and each of the corresponding labels as training data and thereby building a learning model that predicts the after-employment evaluation of those who wish to join the company. As the supervised learning is carried out on the basis of the test data and evaluation data of the present and past personnel, it is possible to build a learning model for predicting after-employment evaluation that conforms to the actual state of the company.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
