PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement hiring activities while predicting post-employment evaluation of hired personnel from various aspects. And learning means 37 for constructing a learning model for predicting post-entry evaluation of a person who wants to join the company by performing supervised learning using each set of test data and each label corresponding thereto as teacher data. Since supervised learning is performed based on the test data and evaluation data of current and past employees, it is possible to construct a learning model for predicting evaluation after joining the company in accordance with the actual situation of the company.
