基于马尔可夫过程的乳制品可追溯系统可靠性研究

摘要

Traceability system can safeguard the quality and safety of the dairy products. The reliability of traceability system is analyzed when it was put into use. At the two angles of normal operation and fault status , using the characters of Markov process,the paper specifically analyses related factors of the use of traceability system,and proposes the limits and measures to guarantee the system reliability. It is hoped that the paper provides theoretical support for the dairy traceability system.%可追溯系统对乳制品质量安全具有保障作用，在投入使用后，我们需要对可追溯系统的可靠性进行相关研究分析。本文从可追溯系统运作正常角度和故障出现角度，依靠马尔可夫过程的性质具体分析乳制品可追溯系统使用过程中的相关因素，并提出保障系统可靠性的最佳极限和应对措施，期望可以为实际应用中的乳制品可追溯系统提供相应的理论支持。
