The present invention relates to a supply chain optimizing design system based on a manufacturing industry using a Markov decision process and a machine learning algorithm. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing industry supply chain optimizing design system in which at least one state (S) or at least one activity (A) contributing to production and distribution of a finished product until the finished product using a raw material is provided to a consumer forms a virtual chain structure, and optimizes a field compensation value (R) including information on the amount of stock or the amount of shipment of the raw material or a half-finished or the finished product using the raw material according to the state (S).
